It's so important to take your life back and make yourself a priority. For too long, we put our careers, our families, and our obligations ahead of our own wellbeing. And while these things are important, they should not come at the expense of our health and happiness.
That's why I believe it's so important to work on our goals. It keeps us happy and fulfilled, and reminds us of what's really important in life. When we're happy and fulfilled, we're better able to take care of those around us.
So if you're feeling stuck or like you're not doing anything that brings you joy, make a change. Talk to your family and let them know what you're doing. Find ways to involve them in your journey. And most importantly, remember that taking care of yourself is not selfish. It's essential for a happy and fulfilling life.

One of the biggest misconceptions about jump rope is that it's only for kids. But that couldn't be further from the truth! In fact, jump rope is an excellent workout for people of all ages, and it's especially beneficial for those in midlife. Not only does jump rope help with weight loss and fitness, but it also boosts confidence and emotional wellness.
Another misconception about jump rope is that it's too hard on your joints. But again, this couldn't be further from the truth! In fact, jumping rope is actually much easier on your joints than running or other high-impact activities. And because you're not putting as much stress on your joints, you're actually less likely to experience injuries.
The third misconception about jump rope is that you're too old to learn new tricks. But this is also not true! There are a variety of easy jump rope tricks that even beginner can learn. And once you get the hang of those, you can move on to more advanced tricks. So no matter what your age, you can definitely learn how to jump rope like a pro!
The fourth misconception about jump rope is that it's just a basic cardio exercise. But in reality, jump rope is a total body workout. Not only does it work your heart and lungs, but it also works your arms, legs, and core muscles. So if you're looking for a comprehensive workout, jump rope is definitely the way to go!
And finally, the fifth misconception about jump rope is that it can't help you lose weight or get fit. But this is simply not true! Jumping rope is an excellent workout for both weight loss and fitness. In fact, many people who start jumping rope see results within just a few weeks. So if you're looking to get fit and lose weight, jump rope is definitely the way to go!

Jumping rope is effective in managing stress for a few reasons. First, the repetitive nature of jumping rope is calming. Second, jumping rope requires focus, which distracts from stressful thoughts. Third, jumping rope is a great confidence booster-the more you jump, the better you get at it, and the better you feel about yourself.
In addition to Jumping rope, I also recommend these wellness strategies for staying calm under pressure:
1. Get enough sleep: When you're well-rested, you're better able to handle stress. Shoot for 7-8 hours per night.
2. Eat healthy: Eating nutritious foods helps your body to function at its best, making you better able to handle stress.
3. Exercise: Exercise releases endorphins, which have mood-boosting properties.
4. Take breaks: When you're feeling overwhelmed, step away from the source of your stress for a few minutes. Take some deep breaths and clear your mind.
5.Connect with loved ones: Talking to loved ones can help reduce stress levels.
Successful people have mastered the art of staying calm under pressure by using effective stress management strategies like those listed above. By following their lead, we can learn to better manage our own stress and achieve greater success in all areas of our lives.

It's not always easy to know when it's the right time to ask for help, especially when it comes to our physical wellness. We may feel like we should be able to handle everything on our own, but sometimes we need a little extra support. Here are three ways to know if it's time to get help with feeling confident about your physical wellness:
1. You're struggling to make time for self-care.
If you're finding it hard to fit in even basic self-care like showering or eating healthy meals, it could be a sign that you need some help. It's important to make time for taking care of yourself, both physically and mentally. When you're feeling overwhelmed, seeking out help can give you the time and space you need to focus on your wellbeing.
2. You're experiencing major life changes.
Life changes like starting a new job, going through a divorce, or becoming a parent can be tough. If you're having trouble managing your stress levels or confidence during these times, getting help can make a big difference. A therapist or coach can provide support and guidance as you navigate these challenging life transitions.
3. You want to make lasting changes for better health.
If you're ready to make some lasting changes in your life for better health, seeking professional help is a great first step. Whether you want to lose weight, quit smoking, or start exercising more, working with a professional can increase your chances of success. A therapist or wellness coach can help you develop Healthy habits and overcome any obstacles that stand in your way.

The first thing you need to do if you want to start jump roping is to find a rope that is the right length for you. To do this, stand in the middle of the rope and hold the handles at your sides. The rope should come up to your armpits. If it is too long, you will trip over it while you are jumping. If it is too short, you will not be able to get the full range of motion that you need. Once you have found a rope that is the right length, it's time to start practicing your technique.
There are two main techniques that you need to master in order to jump rope like a pro: the basic jump and the alternating foot jump. The basic jump is just what it sounds like - you simply jump up and down, making sure that both feet leave the ground at the same time. To do the alternating foot jump, start by jumping on your right foot. As you come back down, bring your left foot up next to your right foot and then jump again. Alternate your feet with each jump.
Once you have mastered the basic jump and the alternating foot jump, you can start to increase the intensity of your workouts. For example, you can try jumping double unders, which is when you jump rope twice for every one rotation of the rope. You can also try jumping on one foot or even backwards. The possibilities are endless!

So often we are told that we need to "find balance" in our lives in order to be successful and happy. But what does that really mean? For me, balance is a myth. It's something we strive for but can never really achieve. Life is always going to be a juggling act. We have to learn to roll with the punches and go with the flow. What works for one person may not work for another. We all have different goals, values, and priorities. So how can we find balance when there is no one-size-fits-all solution? The key is to learn to prioritize and take care of ourselves first. When we are burned out, stressed, and unhappy, we are not able to give our best to others. By taking the time to heal and recharge, we can jump back into life with more energy and enthusiasm. It's not always easy, but it's worth it. When we put ourselves first, we are better able to take care of those around us and make a positive impact on the world. You've been through a lot--and you're still standing. That's something to be proud of. But now it's time to take your life back. It's time to put yourself first and heal the deepest wounds. Only then will you be able to jump into midlife with both feet and reclaim your self-worth. So how do you do it? First, you need to take action and make healing a priority. Set aside time each day to focus on your wellness, both physical and mental. Take up a new hobby or join a support group. Spend time in nature or read inspirational quotes. Do whatever you need to do to feel good about yourself again. And don't be afraid to ask for help along the way. The most important thing is that you give yourself the time and space to heal. After all, you deserve it. J.U.M.P. BOOK: Jumping The Rope.... coming soon- http://bit.ly/myfirstbookjump https://www.instagram.com/p/CgR_9ucuZyT/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
