1.      Brinjal
2.      Besan Powder
3.      Turmeric Powder
4.      Red Chilli Powder
5.      Ajwain
6.      Onions
7.      Chat Masala
8.      Peanuts
 Preparation
👉 Take Brinjal and cut in middle for stuffing
👉 Now take Bowl and add Besan powder, turmeric powder, Salt, Ajwain and red chilli powder and mix well with water to prepare the batter
👉 Now start deep frying with dipping brinjal in batter
👉 Now prepare Onions, chat masala, peanuts salt red chilli powder and get ready with stuffing
👉 Now add the stuff in brinjal bajji in the middle of bajji
👉 Brinjal Bajji is ready to serve

7.      Now take oil with PAN and add the peanuts and tomato puri and mix well
