Call for early site testers!

Legerdemain is an open-lore supernatural RP based in modern day London. We are a sandbox site, driven by our member designed subplots.

The site will be super fluid, with plenty of opportunity to write exactly what interests you! We are also an all queer staff with dedication to anti-racist values and inclusion. As a community-oriented site, we are also set to have plenty of events for our members.

We're so excited to open soon, but we need your help to test our site and Discord usability, feel, and functionality!

Who are we looking for?

Anyone who loves having opinions (just like we do), and who would find it fun to poke around a site in its beta phase.

We will be asking QA testers to go through a few steps and fill out a survey as part of this process, so volunteers should be willing to do this with us. There will be two surveys for all QA testers: one covering very basic things and first impressions, and another that will be a little more guided with more directed questions.

We are especially interested in people who are currently looking for a new site to join of the genre and style described.

Our site is a Jcink site, but you do not need to have prior experience with Jcink to volunteer.

How many people do we need?

For this phase of testing, we are looking for approximately three to five (3-5) QA'ers.

How will this work?

All QA testers will be contacted via Discord to be invited onto our beta-stage Discord server. You will have the chance to poke around the server itself, and get a feel for how we're setting things up, as well as have an opportunity to chat with us and ask questions if needed.

Then, you will be given the link to the site, and asked to look around for a short time before being offered the first basics survey.

After you're done with the basics survey, we'll issue the second, more guided survey, and give you a week to complete it.

What's in it for me, bucko?

All early testers will receive the following bonuses credited to their early accounts, which will be created as part of this process:

An early supporter badge to display proudly on your on-site account
