After having dealt with 3 separate occasions of this crap I'm 90% sure that these shitty anxiety & depression spirals I've been sporadically having is a damn PMS symptom, like they seem to herald & coincide with my period

The combination of the shift in my mood/hormones and how my GI system gets twerked up just makes my anxiety spike & my depression spiral, i.e. I'm more prone to think about my parents dying and get super clingy with them

Even further example; I've been playing acnh again and I'm rearranging a lot of things, but I don't mess with either of my parents' houses/yards...but that gets me thinking about how the game will eventually become a memorial or shrine of sorts, bc when my parents die their houses will still be there in the game, decorated the way they like it.

One day I'm gonna be playing and I'll pass by my dad's little beach house or my mom's gold rose garden and I'll just start crying, I know it

My autism means I don't require much interaction to feel close to someone.

Hubby will literally say "why don't you come and spend time with me?"

And I'll honestly be confused because we've spent the entire day in parallel play. We can be in separate rooms, but as long as the doors are open and we can hear each other, that counts as one room. We've been together all day.

But actual direct interaction is what other people crave. And I just... Don't remember to do it.
