001. Rubicon

The Rubicon is a beast that searches for answers. It is a constant reminder of a lack of knowledge, of the gnawing hole that lies within the minds of those searching for it.

It searches for those who have forgotten something important to their development. Something so important that its at the core of their being and tries to get them to relieve it and understand it in every single way. It rips your memories out and makes you stare at them.

The actual method this is done does not cause harm to the subject. It is the psychological damage afterwards that causes the most complication to the subject.

From the little information that we have gathered, it seems that the forgetting of these memories once more causes a sort of change in the subjects basic physiology and mental state. It turns you into what you should be.

Motive: Animal-Like Not Applicable. It shows almost no signs of intelligence just rudimentary motor skills and basic survival instinct comparable to that of a stag.

Feeding habits: It has been observed to feed of plant matter with a preference to [[Bulb Root]] explaining its [[Animluminescent]] behavior when in the searching, and capturing phase.

Other behavior not listed: It seems to focus exclusively on intelligent species only looking for those with a higher intelligence than its own. When a subject with high intelligence is found it seems to fixate them somehow with a glare from its head. This light then "calls" to the subject as described by [[Gertrude Simmons]] from her excursions (other sources necessary).
