EMERGENCY UPDATE: DON'T LEAVE YOUR HOUSE

For anyone in the Boston area who hasn't turned on the news yet there is a mass advisory to stay in your house, lock your doors, and not to open the door for anyone who isn't an identifiable police officer. The T is shut down for the day and most businesses are closed. One of the suspects is dead and the other is on the run. There was a shoot-out last night that killed one MIT security guard and seriously injured an MBTA employee.
