Imagine being dropped into an ocean and slowly sinking into oblivion as all of your senses shut down, one by one.

The moment you break the water's surface, the temperature feels like a billion blades poking at every part of your delicate, fragile skin. Your entire life flashes before your eyes. Your family, your friends. Everything.

You considered swimming to the surface, but then again, what's the point in doing so when you're already so tired?

As you watch the sun's warm rays of light (shimmering on the surface) fade ever so slowly, while it gets darker...

.....and darker

.....and darker.

The bubbles that formed when you exhaled your last breath gently rise to the surface of the water, as you're gradually descending into the dark, enveloped by the ocean's abyss. A void of nothingness that extended as far as the eye can see covers you like a smooth blanket.

There's nothing there. You don't have to be afraid.

It's just you and the abyss.

Just you and the abyss.
