Hmmm so I saw this cryptic tweet again last night (the one where a fish was cut in half) and at some point, I thought it might be foreshadowing Wrecker. Remember how he got his armor damaged by the scratch and now his skin is showing?

I thought maybe the tweet meant he's gonna do something like what the minotaur did during the night battle in the movie adaptation of Prince Caspian and end up with the same fate as that minotaur 😔

I hope I am wrong bec that scene in Narnia damaged me as a kid and I can't bear to see another favorite suffer the same fate.

The way I am absolutely certain Wrecker is going to die is killing me. Like obviously I've been mentally preparing to lose the entire Bad Batch because of their lack of plot armor, but lack of plot armor is way different from the actual tangible hints we've gotten at a Wrecker death. The way he almost didn't make that jump in Juggernaut. Omega putting Lula by Tech's goggles at the shrine in Point of No Return. The literal title of the final episode being "The Cavalry Has Arrived", which is his line. Excuse me, I need to cry.

I am currently in the process of writing my master's thesis. My research is about age & Star Wars characters. The research is trying to investigate whether there is a difference in fans of different ages liking or disliking certain characters that appear throughout Episodes 1-9.
