Dr. Ashok K Chauhan being an outstanding leader gives inspiration to thousands of people. He was born in 1942 in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. After completing M.Sc. in Chemistry in 1963, Dr. Ashok K Chauhan worked at one of the largest industrial groups in India. In 1966, he won the scholarship in research chemical engineering and plastic technology in West Germany and then he became Head of Research and Development at Daetwyler Europe. He says, 

“Each one of our students will be a success story. This is my dream; this is my commitment.”

Grounded to his dreams, Dr. Ashok Chauhan has always believed in the policy of lending one eye on vision and one eye on implementation. It is therefore not surprising that Dr. Chauhan’s innovative leadership strategies have been transforming the AKC Group and the Ritnand Balved Education Foundation into a sustainable, value-driven conglomerate set to develop the education landscape of the country.
