hihi :] i’ve just spent the last couple days downloading & removing itunes drm from lr/mm/ef so i can enjoy rewatching them in 1080p w/o having to spend money every month for disney+ and decided to share the files here in case anyone else wishes to do the same!

The hypocrisy of this case is astounding.

Depp has a drug/alcohol issue? He is a poor, sad victim who just needs help. Heard takes drugs? She's a lying vulture clearly.

Depp texts about r*ping his wife, BEFORE he even married her? Oh, he's just joking and venting to his friend! Heard calls him old or fat? She's a disgusting abuser, how dare she! But if Johnny calls her a c*m-guzzler, a wh*re, a sl*t, that's 100% a-okay, even if it predates all supposed abuse.

Depp hits his wife multiple times (12 which have been proven), pulls her hair out, splits her lip? Oh, he was just fighting back his abuser. But when it's shown that the two (2!) allegations of violence that Depp has made where both in reaction to violence HE instigated (attacking her sister and trying to force his way into her room), then she's the sole abuser, and suddenly reactive violence isn't even an option.

Heard has a history of self harm, once when she was 18? Clearly her injuries are fake and she created them. Depp has a history of self harm, including begging Heard to cut him and admitting to cutting off his own finger three times, not to mention graffiti's the walls with his blood and paint? That's apparently a sign of just how tortured he is, and not that he's completely unstable and needs serious help.

Heard's has around a dozen photos of clear bruises, scratches, a split lip? Clearly, those are too weak and faked. It's makeup. But Depp shows only around three photos, one of which is timed at the wrong date (2015, not 2016 as he claimed), and one which doesn't have notable injuries (aka, by their rhetoric, they are even less visible than Heard's) but we're meant to take those as hard evidence?

Heard is on texts talking about Depp's violent behaviour, his relapses, texts to her parents, friends, therapists, and to Depp's own assistant who confirms Depp kicked her? That's all lies, too, apparently. Or how about the multiple audios where he says he headbutted her, that's lies too apparently!

Heard cries on the stand? She's faking. Heard doesn't cry on the stand? She's clearly laughing. Meanwhile Depp can smile, laugh, crack jokes, eat, roll his eyes, smirk, take gifts from his fans as he arrives, and we're meant to believe this is a credible account of a victim and not a publicity stunt?

All of Depp's witnesses are his employees on his payroll, security that in other testimony were shown to have not stopped Depp, who enabled his abuse or even asked Heard to come back to her abuser (Deuters), he hired a psychiatrist to diagnose the PERSON he's SUEING and no one sees that as unethical, not even after she spents an evening at his house eating dinner with him and his team. But when Heard has a psychiatrist come in with 10x the experience, who specialises in DV and who talks about victims using violence, and who spent twice the time with Heard, as well as looking over all past notes, and all testimony (Depp's included!), she's apparently the liar and not credible!

Depp's witnesses will fail under cross; half will admit to not being there at the time, half will outright lie (say Depp never did drugs/alcohol which has been proven demonstrably false several times), half will have contradicting testimony in the UK trial and have changed their story. One was dismissed for watching the trial! His other witnesses were someone who had never even met Heard until he sat and testified in court. But we're meant to take their word for it when they were not physically present or when they have shown in texts and communications to hate Heard, and call her a cunt (Deuters), or are in texts with Depp who says they will "ruin her flabby ass" and that's not seen as conspiracy?

The cherry on top of all of this is that, ultimately, Heard has admitted to both doing drugs, and to hitting Depp back and calling him insulting things. But Depp is incapable of admitting his own flaws. It doesn't matter that he has been shown to have called her vile words, to have talked about raping her, to have used sexually derogatory and violent terms towards her, to have admitted to his own jealousy and irrational behaviour, to have admitted to telling her not to take movies. It doesn't matter that he admitted to headbutting her, that she has evidence and witness testimonies of his physical abuse. That's the difference. Heard has never lied about hitting Depp, nor has she ever claimed she didn't defend herself or fight back. In contrast, Depp ducks all blame. He is the consummate addict and abuser, who can't admit to it because then it would mean that not only is he to blame, but that he needs to change his behaviour. And he doesn't want to change.

For the record I read the X-Factor #7 Preview  and... It’s ok.

I’m still not going to jump on the thinkfast ship because I still don’t see any chemistry. But at least this is giving up SOMETHING! But once again Tommy is used as a plot device for someone else’s story and that’s not ok. Like holy fudge brownies they actually have a more than empty conversation and the dialogue doesn’t feel forced like it did in Gillen’s run. 

I like that it adds some more depth not only to Tommy, that he cares about David, but continues the mystery of how David died and how its not the way he thought it happened. This is interesting. I will hold further thoughts until I read the whole issue.
