There is life after NBEO Part 1
I disappeared because wow, it was truly truly crunch time. There was so much studying. So much forgetting. So much relearning.
The test sucked. It was terrible. I’m pretty sure everyone feels like they had failed, but knowing that doesn’t make it any better.
But I’ve survived and things can return to normalcy. Expect regular study updates now that I’m not a fact-spewing zombie.

Making flashcards for facts I don’t know during my practice questions.
Good thing I bought 200 of them at the dollar store because we going to write a lot *cries*

My boyfriend bought me the Pigma Micron 005 pen and it is SO thin. I’m in that conflicted state of mind where I want to use it for everything but I want to preserve it forever aka not the function of a pen...

Absent
I have been partially productive during my silence on Tumblr! Except my boyfriend came to visit for the week and we’re temporarily long distance for school, so of course I wasn’t TOO productive. Ready to get back to work!

Studied at a friend’s place yesterday for a change in environment. I’m a big introvert and usually like to stay home to study, but sometimes you just don’t want to suffer binocular vision by yourself haha

I’ve been sick the past two days and it’s been difficult to be productive in the sense of studying for boards or class. The best productive thing to do is take care of your body so you recover quickly!

I’m pretty sure skipping days is NOT how 100 days of productivity work, but honestly the hardest part of “being productive” is finding the time to make my things look cute and take a picture.
I call this: studying flashcards and waiting for my first patient of the day

TBH, I didn’t have a productive day yesterday. After class and clinic, I went grocery shopping and ended up going to dinner at my friend’s parents’ house. It was worth it though, because
1 FOOD 2 This is technically our last semester together before we start externships, so in my heart I just want to participate in as many things with my closest friends this semester
I probably should’ve reordered that list
So today I wasn’t really feeling productive either, but sometimes you have to buckle down, even when it’s not pretty.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve “learned” this. I just know, the kidney is a bean shaped organ and the nephron is the functional unit of the kidney.
