so you know how the jedi are supposed to be longer-lived even as compared to other members of their own species because of their relationship with the force?

i think that prolonged exposure to the jedi should have that effect, too. i think in a better galaxy, the clones that the jedi have invited into their lives and their home should just completely blow right past any and all life expectancies projected for them, because the light loves its children, even the ones that can't feel it in the same way, and they've all suffered enough.

it's the least of what they both deserve.

It's kind of wild to rewatch parts of the Clone Wars and just. remember what canon is. Because I'm unnerved all over again by the Valorum part in TCW where he and Yoda are talking about Sifo-Dyas, and Valorum says point-blank that Sifo-Dyas was assigned his mission regarding the Pykes without the Council's knowledge. The fact that the Senate can completely and totally bypass the leading body of the Order and tell a Jedi to do something really makes it clear that the Order has no power compared to the Senate, in a very unsettling way.

The Mando fan instinct to see any random clone act the bare minimum level of friendly towards a child and go "OMG it's the Jango Fett Mando Adoption Genes" is so funny to someone who remembers that Jango Fett is someone who intentionally created several MILLION offspring just so he could sell them off as weapons. He gets ONE CHILD out of that bargain. I'm not sure I'd count that as an instinct towards adopting tons of children, personally. The enslaving of like 99.99% of the children he could claim as his sort-of outweighs the acquisition of the one.

hey you know how in the late nineties we all went batshit for gregorian chants as like, a genre, for inexplicable reasons?

did the gffa have an equally baffling love for Jedi hymns for a hot second. can you go to any spopshop (space opshop) and find approximately 346 discs of Jedi hymns vol 32 in the music section. are there nightcore remixes of 'hymn to the force(in h minor)', popularly known in temple as 'please grant me serenity so I might not punch this senator in the face'.
