Hidden in heaven - AU concept

Exploring more of Heaven and the 7 Archangels in Hazbin Hotel

This AU explores our concept and interpretation of heaven while still being connected to the canon story of Hazbin Hotel.

It roughly takes place currently time, roughly takes at the same time as season 1

HEAVEN

Our interpretation still follows what we've seen in the show, it's basically still the colorful paradise it's made out to be, with it's denizens still bliss fully un-aware of what's going on behind the scenes and down below,

however, now with the additions of our own ideas, with how it deals it denizens and it's main authorities, which is the 7 archangels and the elders, and how they run heaven.

we also added the idea of heavens history, from even before creation.

Eternal Serenity inc.

The Objective of this company the management of souls and the insurance of a paradise like environment that heaven promised. however for each ascended [soul] has their own slight idea of what ‘’paradise’’ is like, each department cater to that ideal accordingly

the 7 archangels are responsible for running these departments

Elder Council

the elders are comprised of each species of angel in the first sphere and have existed since before existence itself,

they were the direct caretakers of the 3 eldest children, however, despite technically being a rank lower than them in the hierarchy the council has

a bit of an equal rule in some way higher than the siblings since they have that sort of authority and were mentors to the siblings.

Fav colors are specifically raspberry pink and myosotis blue, fav animal is cat, my go-to ice cream flavor is raspberry with either caramel or creme brûlé ice cream

Welcome Home × Soul Eater AU ramble

I had announced it, I shall now share it !

Behold, WH SE AU

Context :

In the world of Soul Eater, there are people who can transform into weapons (called demonic weapons), a genetic trait coming from some witch experimenting on humans centuries before. To avoid having those "weapons" go out of control, Shinigami, a god of death, created a school called Shibusen, where those weapons could learn how to control their powers. There are also people who come to this school to partner with the weapons and wield them, those are called meisters.

In this AU, our colorful cast of Welcome Home characters are students at this school in their last few years of studies (18-23 years old) and decided to create a race to the top before their graduation. The goal ? Get their weapon partner to the "death scythe" level by getting as much evil souls as they can. Who will win ? Who knows 👀

Barnaby b. Beagle and Wally Darling (big apple hammer)

Howdy Pillar and Poppy Partridge (scythe)

Okay so this AU is actually over a year old, I had old designs and dynamics I wasn't 100% happy with because this AU was co created

Idk how the other creator is doing, I haven't talked to them in a loooong while, so I decided to rebrand the AU a little

Now, I'll explain my choices and lore

For one, I believe in keeping the canon personalities. So, when deciding who's a weapon and who is a meister, I tried to go along how the characters would act and what alligns with their silly selves. The characters that ended up as weapons needed to be weapons, otherwise it doesn't fit their personality to come to Shibusen to become a meister (reminder, meister can choose to go to Shibusen, weapons are kinda obligated to)

For the clothing, I just had fun with the "school uniform" concept as given in the Soul Eater and Soul Eater Not manga series.

And for the pairing, I included a lot of ocs, ik, but I wanted the pairs to truly match in energy and personality, and also I love my and Koko's oc and it's my AU I do what I want !

Joking side, here are some more funfact on how they ended up there

Julie followed in her siblings footsteps

Barnaby came to partner with Wally, the two are childhood best friends

Sally and Howdy came for fame and opportunities that come with being a meister

Nyxie and Suave where raised in Shibusen for lore reasons 👀

Julie and Wally are dating !

Frank and Eddie are a bit more on and off, because Eddie is an anxious mess and Frank doesn't like competion

But at the same time, the shipping in this AU is "yes" because : Julie and Wally are a thing, but Julie is very close to Frank, who is on and off with Eddie, and Eddie is quite close to Howdy, and Sally likes to flirt with Eddie and Poppy, but Lucero has a crush on Sally, who might have a lil crush on Julie, but Nyxie has a crush on Lucero, and Barnaby and Wally are reaaallly close

Good luck, may the ships all sail at once like it's the Vendée Globe :D

Other funfacts

Aight aight, update post ig

I am finally on holyday, which mean I can work on asks again

For now, only Keeper's are open, but I plan on opening Stitcher back up at some point

I can't promise being as regular or fast as before, I have a bunch of stuff to do, but I want to try and get a bit more of the characters out there, and answer the important questions in priority

About my AUs, I'll get the ramble about Soul Eater AU soon too, and the Breton AU and Pause Garden part two will follow at some point depending on my motivation

Welcome Home × Wakfu AU ramble

The people have spoken, Wakfu AU comes first !

What's Wakfu AU ?

Set in the universe of the mmorpg games and serie Wakfu, Welcome Home is a little guild of adventurers of all kinds known for their adventures (and misadventures) !

Starting off by answering this question by @gaypyro

Home is not a Shushu possessing a house ( that felt overdone, since Luis exist lol )

Home is a Xelor, adoptive father of Sally and Wally, and owner of the guild. He took under his roof many promising adventurers, and seems quite entertained by their antics. Despite his looks, he's pretty friendly, and loves a good joke or bonding moment with the guild members. ( Just don't get him mad ! We don't know what would happen then 👀)

Sally is a dramatic young xelor adopted by Home. She received a full huppermage education as well, and will boast about it whenever she can, making it a whole show. Rather than time, she has particular interest in the stars and astral readings.

Wally is the second son of Home. He has no affiliation to any god, he just lives his life, going on adventures with his best friend Barnaby, an oujinak.

Julie is a iop that was raised in a Sadida family. Hyper energetic, curious and playful, she tends to run in fights head first ! When she's not adventuring with Frank and Eddie, you'll find her hanging out with Wally, Howdy or Sally.

Frank is a feca that specialised in shield magic, to cover Julie while they get into fights. However, he's not above throwing a good punch, and thus Eddie often has to drag the two back to the guild as they are injured or bruised all over. Frank is a curious fellow, who loves knowledge. Julie helps him identify the new plants they encounter.

Eddie is a sacrier, who tried his best to appear calm, although he's often pretty anxious. He generally travels with Julie and Frank, getting the two out of fights more often than not. He likes traveling and discovering new locations !

Howdy is an osamoda merchant, who joined the guild to try adventuring after his old shop was destroyed in a fight, although he can't really get rid of his old ways ... Poppy is his trusted dragodinde companion, who gained sentience after one of Sally's messed up spells ! Poor Poppy is quite the anxious animal, but she finds comfort in the guild's cheerful atmosphere.

And finally, we have Nyxie ( because I have to include her and Suave haha) as an eliatrope !

Don't hesitate if you have more questions, headcanons, ideas of situations and adventures for those sillies, etc !

I had fun designing everyone, although some characters gave me troubles

Turns out it's hard to apply different species, logic and cultures to muppets from the 70s /j

I tried to keep them easy to recognise while making them more adapted to the wakfu world

It's just a silly AU to do silly comics and jokes ! Completly angst free, just a calm lil heaven of sillyness

I've never been a huge fan of the MCU and DCU, so ig my answer is SCU
