He thought it was about time he try to make one, whether with someone else or on his own he didn't care. And this was the only other property he owned, so he wanted it to be not against Arthur's will if he did.

And there he went to pay the circus now, and take the Naga to a new home- specifically, the country house he maintained here on Earth, besides the apartment flat he actually used more often.
