Being thin or thick won't make you happy, enjoying life will, BUT you do not know how much longer you have left to do that. You could lose everything tomorrow, so PLEASE don't take your life or body for granted.
It's okay to have goals, but don't let those goals keep you from living your life. Love yourself and love the people who love you for you. 💕💖

just a little time
You don’t have to spend hours in the gym..just take a little time. Start off small. Maybe a walk or 10 minutes of lifting.  
I started off small and with my schedule if I get 20 minutes I feel accomplished. You don’t have to do it all at once you can also break up the time because it all adds up. I will walk stairs for ten minutes then go to the gym and lift for 10-20 minutes and guess what it adds up to 30-40 minutes of workout that time during the day. 
Small steps can add up to big changes. make the time for yourself
