I woke up to Meeko screaming his furry little head off so I came tearing out of the bedroom thinking he was hurt.

Nope.

CN put Meeko's favorite rug in the wash. Meeko is distressed because his favorite thing to hump is being waterboarded.

Well. My nephew's birthday party is today so I needed to be up anyway but ugh I didn't need the heart attack haha

On today's episode of 'CN and TT need full time babysitters'

I woke up and heard noises outside so I went to the back and didn't see anyone and went to the front and didn't see anyone and then went downstairs to look and see if they were under the deck and didn't see anyone so I finally went outside and called their names.

Tell me why these two idiots are ON THE ROOF just chilling. Just hanging out. Throwing a frisbee that they found and tossing down small twigs and branches that had ended up there over the years. Just. Chilling.

I have no idea how they even got up there and I'm scared to ask.

I came back inside and I'm making breakfast while my cell phone stays beside me with 9-1-1 dialed in just in case.

Hiya bandit, I'm curious about your take on this because age gap fics are some of my faves. Am I a creep? 😅

I mean, I think the op of that post was very correct but they also point out that there isn't anything inherently WRONG with age gap fics. That's not the problem. The problem is when either the gap is too significant (ie: the mmc is in their late 30s/40s and the reader insert/fmc is like 18-20) or! When the reader insert/fmc is portrayed as "too innocent" in the way of not knowing anything about sex or the world or their own body because that is making them seem younger and is usually done because the character itself is "legal" but it is predatory because their mind is more of that of someone waaaay younger.

It's just good to be mindful of the way that we portray these characters and of the content that we consume.

I personally don't like to read things where there is a huge gap in ages but that's my personal preference. Just like in my real life, I don't see how a relationship can work with that big of a gap. (This doesn't mean relationships with that large of a legal gap can't work, it just means that that's not something I personally would ever be comfortable with.) But again, that's my personal preference.

All in all...you can do/enjoy whatever you like. Just be mindful that some of these fics are creating a fandom where these predatory behaviors look and seem normal which of course can be harmful.

Good morning from me and my husband-of-four-years! I was woken up with breakfast in bed, a nice long shower where he massaged my shoulders and helped me wash my past-my-ass-now hair, and now we are about to cuddle up and watch some television for a while. I've got dinner in the slow cooker and I'm going to trim his hair in a bit. We decided against presents this year and we are letting our presence be the present.

When Chaotic Neutral and I got engaged, I honestly didn't know how long I had left. I wasn't thinking in terms of years tbh. And four years later, while I'm getting healthier by the day, I'm faced with the wonderful fact that I may get another decade at least with this wonderful man that I have. I am a very lucky bandit.

I am still in awe of our love story but! How it began and how it's going...

So there are three main gangs in my general vicinity. Two of them are the “guns and drugs and crime spree” kind of gangs. The other one is kind of like that, but they are also completely set apart from all the other bullshit. Like, everyone respects them and no one messes with them but they do things like raise money for charities and volunteering for Habitat For Humanity? They are essentially Chaotic Neutral?

And one of their members was in the hospital with me last night. (He was “kind of” stabbed.) We were talking about insurance costs and how I was going to get a huge ass bill from the visit and that I had to get a cab to the hospital and would have to get a cab home. He was a really nice guy (and really fucking attractive?) and he was listening intently. 

When it was his turn to go back, he shook his head and said he wouldn’t go until I’d gone because I was worse off. The nurses said okay and took me back. I was in there for a few hours and when I got back out to leave, he was in the same seat that he’d been in when I left. 

He gave me a ride home. He wasn’t offended when I told him I wasn’t going to let him drop me off in front of my apartment. He did give me a card (gangsters have business cards? what the fuck?) and told me that if I ever needed anything, to give him a call.

He said, and I fucking quote, “Sometimes the people that deserve the most in life get the least and we’re here to make that balance out.” 

Guys. I think I accepted a favor from sort of supernatural being? And I’m 100% okay with that.

Happy 4 year anniversary to us!

Y'all I got married today! And it was perfect and wonderful and amazing and have I said perfect because it was perfect?

I wont be posting That Which Fate Creates tonight because, well, I'm spending the rest of the evening with my husband.

(Holy shit I have a husband.)

Also he gave me the new ring so that I don't have to wear the huge engagement ring anymore except for when I want to. This new ring is so beautiful too that I cried when he gave it to me.
