Kaiser groaned, finishing his post early. Stupid fucking teenagers. They're all fucking stupid. Hah, it was like poetry! ...Not. That's something he'd lost with age. Cross one hobby off the list of "Things he was good at". Not like it was a very useful one.

He clicked the number. Something he'd learned in his time in the ranger corps. was that he'd have to be very prepared for random messages from unknown coworkers, and sure, he was inundated with spam callers, but it was a small price to pay for picking up as many warnings and tips to pursue, even one his day off.

"Hello, may I ask who this is?"

They listened to the voice on the phone, and their face fell.

"...Amarys. I, uh... How did you get this number?"

He listened further, sighing.

"...I never thought I'd be so easy to find."

Well, that's a potential skill to scratch off. He was terrible at staying secret. Still, it wasn't his fault his phone number was volunteered as a tip phoneline. He was the most likely to go for them, anyway.

"...Right. Anyway, er, what's this for?"

He should have shut off the phone then. He didn't care. He didn't! She didn't like him, he was just... Someone. Schoolyard besties. He wasn't a good battler, or a genius, or whatever. She wasn't missing much.

In the future... Like I said, new Animals games, which were. A mixed bag quality wise lol!!! But more seriously, there was a massive shift in the Unovan government to try and preserve the remaining nature of the region despite the growing cityscapes. Uh. Team Plasma tried to come back but FAILLLED LMAO

Plus, a... Pretty big shift in the league. New elite four, new champion, you know how it is. Actually, on the topic, you work as an elite four member abroad, I think. I see you on the news, sometimes.

Yeah, Undella's gorgeous!! It sometimes gets a bit tourist-crowded in the summer, but they're offput by the strong trainers who come for vacation and the Fish. I'd always recommend, then or now!
