Ugh… just came across a B/cho-kiss-post and guess what I STILL WANT TO VOMIT… It’s PHYSICALLY PAINFUL to think about the plain and simple fact that OUR Bellamy was intimate with THAT woman (who almost killed his OWN SISTER, his ONE AND ONLY) and NOT with Clarke Griffin, his soulmate, who understood him best. How spiteful Jrott must have been about the fact, that the majority of the fandom did NOT appreciate his attempts of shoving e/ho and b/cho down our throats. I can certainly picture him being like “Yeah well, if you don’t appreciate my flawless e/ho and her (so called) relationship with the male lead of the show (again: i want to vomit) THAN YOU CERTAINLY DON’T GET YOUR BELLARKE! @a-new-hopeful​ omg i forgot about that. it seems wild the show misses so much context for life on earth when there have only been 2-3 generations on the Ark. it’s interesting that there is still a class system in place, and they have democracy through voting, barter and trade, but have no concept of a penny lol. a lot of cultural stuff for the grounders doesn’t make sense too (like making a whole new language that fast?!)

i just saw in season four raven had an elaborate metaphor for fixing a car “checking under the hood” “kicking the tires” a lot of mechanic stuff that would make sense in a way but still foreign; she is from space & had never been in a car until she was an adult

i wonder how many times has this guy seen the shining & why we cant get a lil more pop culture references—i mean it hasn’t been THAT long since they have left earth. loved seeing jaha and kane watching a football game excitedly at the beginning of the series, as if they were seeing it for the first time. im sure they have a lot of old recorded games and schedule maybe a monthly football night. i wish we knew more about their common “earth” interests that we could relate to. would love to see how clarke taught herself art & what inspired her to pursue realism.
