Epilogue

(It’s goodbye….)

Two years ago, I set out to create an open, collaborative site for Sims 4 artists to share their work with the community. I believe content for the game is meant to be shared and enjoyed, and I wanted it to be easy for people to discover our amazing artists and their custom content.

It has been a wonderful experience to get to know all the designers and artists of Blooming Rosy who have such creativity and talent. I have really appreciated each and every one of you. I am also so grateful to the members of our forum, who have stopped by to chat, download and share pictures in their portfolios. I also want to say a huge thank you to those who have supported us and bought us a coffee or two. It was very welcome and certainly helped us keep going.

I would like to say a special thank you to Szanne7000, TaTschu and Sooky for their endless support of this site.

It has been a difficult decision to close this site. Over the past few months we have been met with many challenges, and some of these have not been overcome. It is hard keeping artists when many have their own sites to maintain, and even harder when they disappear without a word or two, likewise for forum members and my desire to continue has completely deflated. I now want to concentrate on Tilly Tiger (and continuing to struggle with learning to mesh!)

The site will continue until July 21st. You can continue to download until then. Blooming Rosy Tumblr will remain as an archive of our custom content, so you can still find our artists content here:

TS4: Ombra - residential by Tilly Tiger

Ombra is a minimalist home constructed of a combination of concrete and dark brick, and is a spacious and luxurious design. The living room, snug, dining room and kitchen are a large open plan area and coherently merge into one another.  This lower level is mainly open areas with interwoven waterways, water features, Koi ponds and swimming pools. The upper floor features 3 large bedrooms with en-suites, dressing room and a family bathroom. The master bedroom opens onto a large terrace. This lot is set in lush, landscaped gardens with panoramic views of the natural landscape surrounding the site.

TS4:  New mesh - Sancal Magnum Armchairs by Lavi3enrose

A pair of lounge chairs by José Manuel Ferrero for Sancal, designed to withstand both demanding public spaces and domestic use. According to Sancal's official website, the  designer has drawn inspiration from 'the glasses of cognac members of exclusive London clubs cradle in their hands as they debate politics' in designing these.

Just a little thank you for my lovely followers-
