Just Another Morning With You My Love [ HotHeels Shipping Fic ]

Sorry for any grammar mistakes! This is a very short fanfic I made based off a headcannon I posted on my lmk twt [ I'll post it to Tumblr eventually it's a slow process to repost everything to here- ]

It was a peaceful Saturday morning in Megapolis with most of the citizens sleeping in unlike a certain couple who woke up to the sound of their alarm clock. The fire headed prince woke up first with a tired groan sitting up in bed as he rubbed his tired eyes, soon clicking on the alarm clock to turn it off. As he sat there for a bit to let himself wake up he heard a yawn beside him before his teal haired lover sat up as well grabbing his glasses from the nightstand. " Good Morning Redson " he spoke in a tired voice soon giving the prince a small kiss on the cheek before putting his glasses on. Redson would just mumble in response nuzzling his cheek sleepily wrapping his arms around him as he rests his head on his shoulder. Shoe Store Guy would wrap a arm around him gently resting his head against his as they just sat there trying to wake up more.

After about 10 minutes in just comfortable silence Shoe Store Guy got out of bed to get ready for the day and Redson was soon to follow stretching. Shoe Guy was the first to finish getting ready though as he soon came out of their shared bathroom and saw Redson having problems brushing his long fluffy hair. The teal haired male had to hold back a chuckle as he went over to his struggling boyfriend and gently took the brush from him " Here I'll brush it for you, you'll just break this brush like you did the last one if you brush too hard " he said with an amused look. He just got a small huff in response from his lover who would just nod and sat back down on the bed as Shoe Guy got on soon after. The teal haired male would pull his lover into his lap before beginning to gently brush his lover's long fluffy hair. 

As he brushed his lover’s hair he could hear him start to purr softly causing him to smile a bit. “ So…what do you plan on doing today? “ He asked Redson, deciding to have some small talk with him as he brushed his hair. His tired boyfriend would just mumble in response as his eyes were closed it was hard to understand him when he mumbled like this. As Shoe Guy brushed his hair he would just nod or say “ Mhm “ or “ Oh interesting “, he didn't know what his lover was saying but he wanted to at least let him know he was still listening. Eventually he finished brushing it and grabbed a hair tie from the night stand and put Redson’s hair into a ponytail before giving him another kiss on the cheek “ There, all finished “ he spoke, smiling a bit. “ Thanks “ Redson replied, kissing his cheek in return before getting out of bed. He would walk to the door but before leaving he looked over at him “ I'm making coffee want some? “ He asked. The teal haired male perked but nodded soon getting out of bed as well and following him out of their room.

After a bit the two were sitting down on the couch drinking coffee together just enjoying each other's presence. Redson would let out a content sigh resting his head on his boyfriend’s shoulder. Shoe Guy would smile at this and wrap an arm around him and kissed his forehead causing the fire to blush faintly but purr. “ Love you… '' Redson spoke looking off to the side “ I love you two Redson '' the teal haired male replied before the two just sat there in comfortable silence once more.
