Mark my words, that this bracelet will come in to play further down the line. The whole thing screamed and yelled foreshadowing in our faces. A scenario where Taylor is stuck or in danger somewhere, no phone signal/way of getting out and looks down at her wrist to see

thing i loved about the last 911 episode:

this episode said "bucktaylor is the antithesis of buckabby"

it was made clear that buck has never reached a truly serious stage in a romantic relationship before taylor

mentioning that taylor doesn't rhyme with abby or ali (maybe being a funny hint that the writers chose ali's name deliberately as a sign that it's doomed to fail?)

buck received advise on how to work on his relationship and pretty much immediately followed it when he had the chance

eddie's snarky comment "who does that?" was an amazingly executed callout for eddie's past with shannon and ana because he obviously didn't feel called out by what bobby said, showcasing his lack of self-reflection

the second taylor mentioned her flight, buck's resolve to demand a talk kicked in, clearly meant to contrast what buck did with abby

buck asking if taylor is "skipping town" showed again how deeply rooted his abandonment issues are

taylor gave into buck's request even though revealing her past is understandably very, very hard for her, especially given the fact that she clearly fears being seen as "that girl"

the fact that taylor was the one to find her dead mom and the whole thing with her dad... i hope they'll focus on her trauma more in the future

buck immediately said "we" and offered to help her dig for more information about her father's case

even in an impossible situation, taylor showed incredible integrity by devoting herself to the truth, deciding to not help her father. i don't think anyone can imagine the overthinking and guilt and shame hat must come with such a decision, but this is exactly why it's so meaningful

focus on taylor! taylor receiving a backstory, establishing her more as part of the main cast!

taylor was, for the first time ever, really vulnerable on-screen and close to tears/tearing more than once - for a character that was first written as the sexy, confident boss type, this adds great layers to her character

buck did his typical buck thing and followed taylor to the prison, just "in case [she] needed [him]"

bucktaylor hugging, cuddling, doing dishes and cooking together!

from the way it was executed (buck was obviously stunned), it was clearly the first "i love you" from taylor! i love that she not only repeated it, but that she looked so happy to say it out loud

the way i remember things, it's also the first ever "i love you" that we have of buck! i think he mentioned his love for abby before but i don't think we ever got to see him actually say it to abby or ali

buck and taylor developing as individuals and making a step to learn how to navigate their relationship together

how bucktaylor was one of the relationships to be the focus in this episode – together with bathena and toni/clive, which are both written as the "big love of the life" relationships

Finally watching 911 instead of through tumblr and god I love Buck and Taylor so much. The GROWTH from Buck, from s1 where he felt he always had to do the big gesture and be extravagant and here he knows she’ll need someone so follows her??? The “i love you for it”??? The way they’re just happy and peaceful together because while they know their trauma is their own they also know that the other understands what it’s like to have a messed up nuclear family???

And just Buck’s maturity in telling her that he needs to know what’s going on because he cares about her and their relationship??? S1-4 Buck would NEVER. Admitting his trauma around how Abby left and that seeing her getting on a plane hurt???

Look I am so deeply in my feels right now 911 gave me the BEST BIRTHDAY PRESENT I COULD HAVE ASKED FOR
