I don't know how many people have felt this but when you split up from a person while you are still deeply in love with each other, it doesn't necessarily have to be painful. The more you track their progress and watch them from afar without any words spoken, the more you fall in love. The more you see their face, it gets strongly engrained into your memory. The more you see posts of people being in love, the more you develop intense desire to do those things with them. Even though we don't speak right now, one day we will look back at our struggles, hand in hand staring at each other lovingly, reminiscing our struggles together. Whether it's this reality or the parallel reality, it is bound to happen.

Your eyes reflect your exhaustion

And I can catch them right away

Let me come sit right next to you

I see the world draining your energy

Come charge yourself with my eyes

Lay your head down on my lap

As I lull you to a deep slumber

Push you propelling towards dreams

Hold your hands in the darkness

Catch your tears when pain knocks

Be your safe haven housing your secrets

I can be your after battle reward

Let me hold you close

Till you rejuvenate and heal

Walk with you

Smiling brighter than the sun

Enveloping you in my warmth

Driving away all the freezing thorns

Lay your path with flowers

To relieve you of any caused pain

Stand in front of you as a wall

Fighting the world for you

I can be your ear when you are overflowing

I can be your tears when you are hurt

I can be your eyes when you are lost

I can be your mouth when words don't roll out

Rest assured though my love,

My heart is hollow devoid of yearning or any desires

I am your secret hideout

I am all you would need

The angel in times of despair

Don't get too attached to me

I'm just a temporary phenomenan

I'm merely a source of comfort

The cool breeze from the tress

In the middle of blazing hot summer

The warmth from the fireplace inside

During the freezing winter outside

So, don't you worry about commitment

Just run into my arms
