Writing about a child rapist did not make Vladimir Nabokov a child rapist.
Writing about an authoritarian theocracy did not make Margaret Atwood an authoritarian theocrat.
Writing about adultery did not make Leo Tolstoy an adulterer.
Writing about a ghost did not make Toni Morrison a ghost.
Writing about a murderer did not make Fyodor Dostoevsky a murderer.
Writing about a teenage addict did not make Isabel Allende a teenage addict.
Writing about dragons and ice zombies did not make George R.R. Martin either of those things.
Writing about rich heiresses, socially awkward bachelors, and cougar widows did not make Jane Austen any of those things.
Writing about people who can control earthquakes did not make N.K. Jemisin able to control earthquakes.
Writing about your favorite characters and/or ships in situations that you choose does not make you a bad person.
It’s a shame that in this day and age these things need to be said.

“Why do you even bother shipping in Aot when all the characters keep dying?”

Can’t stop thinking about how attack on titan is not a romance but how its narrative hinges upon the most devastating love stories I’ve encountered in fiction.
How Ymir and Historia cling to each other under the burden of a crown they didn’t ask for.
How Eren, the definition of an “attack” protagonist does anything and everything for Armin, who shrinks away from violence (despite having to become the embodiment of war).
How Erwin gave Levi the sky, and it is a debt that Levi knows he can never repay.
How subtly yet thoroughly they work Moblit into every scene, a step behind Hanji, cautioning them and supporting them, so that you don’t even notice him until he’s gone.
How Mikasa’s “Akerbond” to Eren goes so much further, so much deeper, because he exhibited such raw, unfettered inhumanity in the name of protecting her when she was a child, when he barely even knew her, and that is all she knows of love.
How Connie feels like he’s lost half of himself with Sasha gone.
How much Carla loved her son.
How much of an impact Marco made on Jean.
How Armin could eat Bertoldt’s love for Annie and have it latch onto his own admiration of her.
How Marlowe thought of Hitch as he was dying.
How Reiner keeps going for the kids he has to mentor.
How Falco put himself between Gabi and danger over and over again.
How violently Sasha’s family mourned but how reverent of her spirit they were to forgive her killer.
Idk man I just think for a show that started off as kids fighting giants and turned into “my war crime is worse than your war crime”, it is driven almost entirely by unique, poignant and thoroughly convincing love stories.

About Me:
Hey guys, what’s up? I hope you are all well!! Here is a little bit about me that you won’t find in my Twitter bio, heheh.
About My Anime Life
I’m new to anime so my viewing history is limited but I’m working on that! I’m currently watching My Hero Academia and To Your Eternity
I’ve watched AOT, Demon Slayer s1, Yuri!!! On Ice, The Promised Neverland, Banana Fish, Fruits Basket, and The Ancient Magus’ Bride
I’m actively in the Attack on Titan and Fruits Basket fandoms!
I ship quite a bit of stuff lol but when it comes to Attack on Titan, a few of my favorites are Eruri (Erwin x Levi), Eremin (Eren x Armin), Eremika (Eren x Mikasa), Jeanmarco (Jean x Marco), Jeankasa (Jean x Mikasa), Mobuhan (Moblit x Hange), and Niccosasha (Niccolo x Sasha)
Something I feel worth mentioning is that I will never judge you for what you ship, your favorite characters, etc. We all have our likes and I’m happy you have something you like!
I rarely get involved with drama so don’t follow me if you’re expecting that. Sometimes I’ll put in my two cents but usually I prefer to stay out of it.
Some of my favorite characters in Attack On Titan are: Eren, Armin, Mikasa, Erwin, and Levi, but I’m quite fond of most of the characters
About My Personal Life
I’m 18 years old.
I’m a boy/trash can
I’m from America although I do not currently live there.
I really like to draw and write fan-fiction although I’m not confident in either, haha!

Eruri Headcannon
Erwin and Levi are out in Shiganshina after the first attack when they hear a baby crying from an abandoned building. They find a half eaten woman outside the front door, presumably the mother, but the baby is unharmed inside. The two decide to take it to the orphanage where they discover they are overcrowded and no longer accepting anymore children for the time being. Erwin ponders what to do while Levi suggests they "keep it" until the orphanage can take the child.
"Levi, we know nothing about children..." Erwin protests.
"Maybe not but we can learn. Besides, what else are we supposed to do?"
"I'm sure there is someone who would take it,"
"You'd be willing to just had a baby to a random person? I don't think so. The baby is staying."
Levi may be grumpy, but he doesn't mind the idea of taking care of a child as if it were his own. Of course he would never admit to that though.
Three weeks pass and the baby is now able to go to the orphanage. In that time, Erwin and Levi both have grown extremely attached to the child, spending countless sleepless nights feeding him, changing his diapers, and cuddling him back to sleep. They even secretly named him "Hugo", a name they had found in a book and both liked. They both wished to keep him, but they knew they couldn't risk that. Having two parents who could die at any moment was not fair to the child. So they reluctantly let him go but there wasn't a moment that went by afterwards that the two didn't think about what life with a family of their own would be like.
