She shouldn’t tease him, she knew. Many, maybe, would simply give in at this expression of doubt. But she wanted--something else for him. Oh, she was not a thing of...good, but she felt nothing malicious in her intentions.
She just knew he was still learning his place in all of this fighting and his own doubts. A sort of destiny that he had chosen against, and that, she suspected, was what drew her to him. She wanted who she wanted, and she was tired, and sometimes around him, she was calm.
For a moment.
She was also a selfish thing.
“What would you do if I told you?”

It could never be easy to deconstruct oneself, but Nine-Six had no particular attachment to who she was. Faceless and a number. She’d rather be more.
Her focus was on him. He was a different teacher than she was use to, but she could see why he said her style was routine. It was drilled into them, repetitive motion that became second nature, but she had to let go of that.
Nine-Six lowered her weapons, two electrorods she’d lifted from riot control. She’d always liked them more than any blaster rifle she’d been issued.
“What am I suppose to see?” she asked and winced, because frankly, she feared it was a dumb question. Wasn’t she suppose to know? Ren seemed to always know where she was hitting, what she was feeling– and it had to be more than just the pattern.
“The Force?”
Tumblr media
“That’s not for you.”
His voice shocked even himself. His emotions, he was aware of them more than ever, and he knew that was wrong, inherently. His emotions were the constant problem. That was the only thing either side that tore at him seemed to agree on.
It was ironic. He should feel a bitter victory that his mother was alive and that she had no idea....but there wasn’t that. Only a sinking sensation. He was on his own, alone, and if she wanted to use the Force, then this woman knew less than he thought, he--
He straightened up, walking towards her and staring at her with some purpose. What he should do was force her to fight in a real way, force her right against these cliff ledges and over. She was looking at him and he was repulsed by his own mixture of strange pain and that bitterness.
“I can’t give you that,” he said, instead. “I wouldn’t. But I can give you something else. When I’m done-.”
If I’m right-
“You will be able to predict your opponent’s move to the teeth. No one will be able to hide anything from you again. Do you want me to show you? Truly show you?”

Do you think INFPs are the type to get offended the most? Or generally that it's an Fi thing?
I think FPs are more honest and open about being offended. When the other types are offended (truly offended– not annoyed) they tend to react in distinctly different ways that aren’t inherently obvious to the naked eye, trends generally include:
High Fi (INFP, ISFP, ENFP, ESFP): Expression
Offended high Fi tends to be outspoken because they know where they stand on issues, they know what they believe is right or wrong, and they know how they feel about people who cross that line.
High Fe (ENFJ, ESFJ, INFJ, ISFJ): Exclusion
Offended high Fe resorts to social exclusion a la Mean Girls. If someone is grossly inappropriate they tend to scold and then minimize exposure to that person by doing things like disinviting them to events, ignoring them when in direct contact, or just plain avoiding them altogether. High Fe also tries to stop the offensive person in question from infiltrating their social circles and influencing their friends.
Low Fi (ENTJ, ESTJ, INTJ, ISTJ): Aggression
Offended low Fi will bury you in facts and counterarguments, possibly toss in personal insults, and then promptly dismiss you as an idiot whose intelligence can’t be salvaged with prolonged conversation by shutting you down and shutting you out.
Low Fe (INTP, ISTP, ENTP, ESTP): Passive Aggression
Offended low Fe likes to troll (harass) which is a form of passive aggression because it’s an indirect form of hostility. They’ll come back again and again until the other person is worn out. The point of this reaction is that low Fe doesn’t want to reveal they’re actually offended but they want to inflict on the offending person the same hostility they received.

Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul: Mike Ehrmantraut [ISTJ]
UNOFFICIAL TYPING BY: mynameisjeffblr
Tumblr media
Perceiving Functional Axis:
Introverted Sensing (Si) / Extroverted Intuition (Ne)
Mike is cold, quiet, always organized, professional and dutiful. He’s working for Gustavo Fring and making money in the criminal world for his family - daugher-in-law and granddaughter, to make their future safer and more stable after death of his son. When Hector Salamanca was threating his family, Ehrmantraut slowly and carefully started working on taking him and his criminal business down. As a former cop, he relies on his past expierience and believes in not making the same mistake twice - “No more half measures, Walter”. He pays incredible attention to details - he carefully plans every step of an action or job that he’s going to do. For him rules are meant to be followed, so he will never do more or less than he was asked for - “I was hired to do a job. I did it. That’s as far as it goes”. He doesn’t like being put in new, unstable situations - like after Fring’s death, when he didn’t want to work with Walt and Jesse. Status quo was perfect for him, so he didn’t see any need to change it.
Tumblr media
Judging Functional Axis:
Extroverted Thinking (Te) / Introverted Feeling (Fi)
Mike is practical, rational, controlling and very grounded; he has rational arguments for every decision he makes, using cold, simple logic and calculations, prefers to deal with facts and ugly truths and will sometimes push them onto other people. He will do whatever it takes to get the job done, putting aside his personal feelings to do what he must - like when Gus ordered him to kill Walt and Jesse. Mike never opens up about his feelings and doesn’t like doing it - like after death of his son, while talking to his daugher-in-law.
Tumblr media
Hogwarts House: Gryffindor
House Traits: daring, nerve, and chivalry.
Mike is loyal to his employers and people that are working with him. He prefered to pay Fring’s arrested men rather than killing them, simply because he believed in their loyalty and would never betray them. He is not afraid to take risks, when he believes the payoff is generous enough, and is always trying to be fair.
