when i’m doing my duolingo there’s been a couple times i’ve forgotten the en- at the start of ensalada and i only just realised that i think it’s because salada’s are a type of cracker here lol

#.txt #so that’s two different australian snack foods i can think of that have/had spanish names #we have a type of lolly/candy that used to be called chicos or chico babies #but the reasoning behind it was like. racist. so they changed them to cheekies a few years ago
