Consider a DFO(?) AU with identical twins AFO and Yoichi. Except in this AU, Yoichi is Izuku’s biological father.

A problem occurs though when AFO finds out. And he decides that since he and Yoichi are identical twins and carry the same DNA, that while he may technically be Izuku’s uncle, genetically he could be Izuku’s father.

Cue AFO deciding Izuku is now his son and not Yoichi’s.

I 100% believe AFO would react like that. (In fact, AFO had the same believe that his brother's son must be his son in my fic "Friendly Fire Isn't." However in that AU, AFO was the real father and mistaken about Yoichi being Izuku's dad.)

Even if they weren't identical twins, I'm sure AFO would justify himself that "Yoichi is too unwell and foolish to raise a child." In AFO's eyes, anything his possession creates must also belong to him.
