list of things to do instead of b1nging rn!!!
(because it’s winter and i struggle badly with bing1ng in winter)
-read!!! love getting lost in books and it passes sm time and distracts me rlly well
-go for a walk!! if it’s not too cold or dark outside go for a walk and listen to music or a podcast, this helps u leave the house for exercise and leave the place where you know food is :)
-play a video game!! i enjoy playing sims or minecraft to help distract me, i enjoy making my sims super skinny too and lowk use it as th1nsp0😭😭😭😭
-have a shower!! showers can be fun, if u don’t like showering cos of ur body etc try doing it in the dark.
-do your makeup and pretend your being interviewed whilst doing it. i love doing this i pretend im a celebrity talking to my fans on live stream abt movies im in etc. it’s super fun and rlly helps distract me because in my head im in like a whole other reality.
-workout!!! every time i feel a b1nge i try and motivate myself to workout in the winter it’s harder because i hate how cold it is but it does help distracting me.
-finally SLEEP have a nap u can’t eat when ur sleeping even if u have bad dreams that u have b1nged it’s better than actually doing it irl.

been ia sorry been struggling. i’ve been trying to eat 800-1,000 cals a day to up my metabolism to get out of this plateau and i’ve been working out. gonna try this for abt a month and then start going back to 500-600 cals :)

i’ve been eating so much at night. like i’ll do well all day and then an night idk i always crave something sweet. so i made a mugcake thing. it’s 277 cals for the whole thing which is a lot but i 1/2 that recipe and add vegan ice cream which makes it abt 230 for the whole thing and it’s filling so i mean it’s better than binging on a whole choco bar and ice cream. anywhere there’s an update no one asked for
