Apparently a patch of Gracidea flowers bloomed in a clearing right on one of the hiking paths. We have rangers out there watching for Shaymin, if any show up the path will be closed until they leave. A couple Shaymin have been spotted around the park before, so we have to be careful about keeping people away.
There have also been sightings of an albino Honchkrow around. He’s perfectly healthy, and the vets and rangers all know about him. Please just observe from a safe distance!

One of the Galarian Rapidash that was surrendered to us has apperantly crossbred with a Mudsdale. It’s produced a very cute little Mudbray, we’re thinking Ground/Fairy type, all bright terracotta colors and it’s been kicking around the pasture just outside the visitor area, stirring up a ruckus with the other plains Pokemon. It’s especially fond of the Bouffalant calves, which is good, since they normally try their luck in getting into the secure areas.

We have an Absol that likes to lounge on top of our secondary ranger building. A handsome old man, he’s seen his fair share of disasters and battles, but nowadays he leaves all that to younger Pokemon. Visitors always get a little nervous about it, think he’s there to predict an earthquake or something, but apparently he just likes the way the sun hits that particular roof.
Hello, Pokémon Ranger Rai!
Me and my family recently moved to a village in Alola near Mt. Lanakila, and it’s been going well until a Absol started showing up daily. We know that Absol doesn’t bring danger, it just warns us, but we can’t figure out what it’s trying to warn us about. If you have any insight on how we can figure out, could you help us?
Ah the old tall tale on Absol bringing danger.
We have been fighting to change the public opinion on them for years, so I'm glad people are seeing it for what it truly is.
As for your specific Absol, you might want to start by observing and maybe following it.
Usually they predict natural disasters, so perhaps you can talk with your local professors and see if they can check the weather forecast or any seismic activity.
Consult with any rangers to see if they notice anything unusual.
And of course you should be aware of any serious environmental hazards near you and make any necessary moves or precautions while you figure it out.
Of course you should also offer Absol some safety and food as a thanks for its help.
Please be safe.

So. Hello, all.
My name is Teal, and I’m the head of Security here at the Pokémon Refuge, as well as taking care of any newcomers we get in and raising Pokemon who will eventually be allowed out into our Safari Park to meet a Trainer if they so choose. Currently, I’m dealing with a massive influx of extremely temperamental Tyrunt that were confiscated from a trainer after the local Fossil Center informed the League that they’d revived almost twenty jaw fossils. So I’ve got seventeen Tyrunt running amok, and a recently evolved Tyrantrum who hates any person he sees but, any questions about the park, the Pokémon who live here, or myself are more than welcome!
