I’m very much into the spiritual and the woo, energy is basically my religion. But it really upsets me how almost every practitioner if not all that I have come across preaches that I can apparently heal my adhd through energy work. It’s literally how my brain is made bro and you are super invalidating to my experience on this planet when you do this.
