Did you not notice the pinned post notifying everyone that this blog is basically dead? Because I know you had to scroll past it in order to reach the posts that are related to your message.

Drawings are not CP except in circumstances in which they are indistinguishable from a real child or intended to depict a real existing child, and applying the label CP to lewd drawings of anime girls the same as material containing the exploitation and abuse of actual living breathing children only serves to lessen the severity of the term and allow for real life pedophiles and child abusers to more freely express their paraphilia and groom real children due to alarm fatigue.

Loli was not the reason you were molested. The reason you were molested was because a sick person had a sick desire to hurt a child and acted on it. Loli in this situation was a tool, just like candy, or toys, or any age appropriate cartoon in the hands of a predator who wishes to do harm. Depending on how old your sister was, she should not have been viewing the content to begin with, in which case the blame falls onto your caretaker(s) who should have been monitoring online activity to some degree and not the creator of the art which was only meant for an adult audience.

can we get a tl;dr of this entire situation? i’m scrolling through this blog because i’m /just/ now finding out about this person and what they did

So basically tumblr user crazy-acey-in-spacey gained some notoriety after making a comment on a post (I can’t remember what it was at this time) and was responded to by an ex mutual (I believe it was beret) with screenshots from their DMs with some not-so-great comments from CAIS’ end about “headcanoning” real people as being trans women. Some people dug around a little and found that they had some inflation fetish art in their likes, which they claimed was “non-sexual fetish.” Personally I did a little looking and found, well, a lot. The opinions they hold, whether in earnest or in an effort to troll, do effect real people as they often implicitly involve them —see their current posts about one of the impractical jokers guys being trans and their long-standing focus trans men’s bodies, especially their genitals and the concept of pregnancy— or the way that they behaved in their discord server and used their self diagnosed “alters” as an excuse.

You can look through specific tags for specifics and the above is by no means exhaustive as there are things I know I missed in the brief explanation and I’m open to questions.
