Miracle Morning Day 1. I am not good at writing so I will try to make it simple.
Waking up 6am wasn’t that hard but spending extra hours that I wasn’t fully prepared. I thought I have everything set up; a book to read, things to study with notes, exercise and a good tea. But after 11am, I got tired and couldn’t concentrate. It is probably I need to adjust this new schedule of mine.
I am definitely not sure I did correctly with sorting the list. Probably need more practice.
I am not sure if I was productive today but I guess it’s the start.
I will do my best to keep this up :)

Hi Emma, I was wondering if you have any activities to do which are productive? I find I spend a lot of my time when I'm not doing work just scrolling through social media, but i often find this makes me feel worse and extremely unproductive. Is there anything you can recommend that feels productive?
Hey! I totally know how you feel! Here are a couple of things you could do:
decluttering your desk and study space/bedroom
clean out your wardrobe (the KonMari method is a cute idea! Also an excuse to watch Tidying Up on Netflix!)
organising your files
sorting through your emails and implementing a filter system / unsubscribing from spam emails
backing up computer files and phone
organising your monthly plan
finishing a book you’ve been meaning to read / make a reading list
setting up a file organisation structure on your computer
creating a resume and cover letter (or at least drafting/updating)
applying for jobs, internships, work experience
spring cleaning your bedroom and study space
have a weekly review
organising your bookshelf / set up a Goodreads account
collecting account emails and passwords
plan upcoming events with gift ideas - e.g. birthdays, anniversaries
sorting out your expenses and budgets
deactivating unused social media/email/etc accounts
create an actions list of everything you want to do
listening to an audiobook or podcast
start a journal
message a friend and talk about going out somewhere (eg. for coffee, a museum/exhibition, art gallery)
find some recipes to create!
watch a historical documentary
make a pinterest board for future ideas (e.g. diy projects, bedroom redecorating)
listen to a podcast (my faves are here)
practise coding
go for a walk/hike/run
read a chapter of a textbook
go through your stationery > what works, what doesn’t, what you should keep/donate
Hope this helps! If anyone has other ideas, please send them in xx
