Have y'all ever had a London Fog?
As in the drink, not the literal fog of london. It's super good, here's the low cal version I like to make:
ingredients for about 2 cups:
1-2 bags of earl grey tea (black tea works well too) - 0cal
1/2 cup of your preferred milk (I use unsweetened almond - 15cal)
sugar free vanilla syrup to taste - 0cal
dried lavender - 0cal
instructions:
Place your tea bag(s) and lavender into a cup. I don't usually measure how much lavender I use, but it's probably a little under 1 tablespoon.
Pour in your boiling water and brew your tea. I like to use 2 bags of earl grey tea, and i like to brew about 1.5 cups. I usually brew my tea for about 3-5 minutes, but you can leave your tea bags in for longer or shorter to change how strong the tea is.
Remove your tea bag(s) and lavender. If the lavender was lose in your cup you may want to strain it out.
Add your milk, and sweeten to taste with the vanilla syrup.
Enjoy!
if you don't have a vanilla syrup, you can just use sugar (or any sweetener) and vanilla extract. Just be careful when adding the vanilla because the extract is very strong!
You can skip the lavender without ruining the drink, I know it's not an herb that everybody has.

choco-peanut butter banana smoothie 🌸
it’s super filling and gives a good amt of protein, but it may be too high of cals for some, which is okay 🌷
total: ~130 cals
1/2 medium banana (53) {you can do adjust this}
1 tbsp pbfit powder (35)
1 tbsp hershey‘s special dark cocoa powder (10)
1/4 tsp cinnamon (2)
sweetener, to taste
1 cup unsweet almond milk (30)
ice, to desired consistency
i added about 1 tsp of vanilla extract because i like things sweet, which added ~10 cals! it‘s sooo tasty, great for fighting binging and lets you hold off on eating for a while after 🍓

DIET DETAILS:
calories:
minimum: 0
maximum: 1200
macros:
40% protein
40% carb
20% fat
or high protein, high carb (swap between high carb or high protein both are filling it depends on your goals and diet) and low fat
breakfast: can be a fast or liquid fast (zero soda, tea, water, coffee) or something small in portion but preferably high protein
ex. eggs, greek yogurt with fruit, protein shake, protein bar
lunch: VOLUME EATING!!! your largest portion of the day… carbs are good here (veggies and fruit count as carbs not just pasta, bread, junk etc be smart) having a small protein with it is good too like eggs, plant proteins (quinoa, lentils, beans, plant based “meat”, etc), chicken breast, lean beef, fish
ex. veggie platter with or without hummus, salad with protein, blanched veggies/boiled veggies, soup, fruit platter, veggies with rice, protein with rice
dinner: skip or small portion high in protein or carbs your choice!!
ex. yogurt bowl, oatmeal, toast, protein shake, protein bar
don’t overthink this diet it gives you a lot of wiggle room and makes restricting come with ease!! if you have a problem with overeating or binging fill the gaps between meals with 0 cal drinks or (preferably) water also drink water before and after each meal..
working out is optional!! again it depends on your goals and how quickly you want results!! if you’re new to working out i suggest starting with light cardio and routines (youtube recs: just dance playlist, pamela reif cardio routines, april han!!!!!, and kpop dance tutorials (if you’re a higher weight a kpop dance can burn up to 400 cals following the full video) )
