Besides that, she had different kind of granola bars, wasn’t that enough variety already? And if she really wanted to make something, well she could roast some mushrooms with Blaze.
“I h-have money if you wanna go into town.... There’s a-a food truck when you leave the f-forest and go r-right... But I’m n-not going with you...”

He was so sure that she would agree….. “B-but don’t ya
want some variety? Tasty meals ya can make for yaself?”

Shopping? Where? In the city? He could have fun doing that on his own, she would rather just stay here and wait for the food truck to come or something. Besides that, she usually waited until Chrona or Gecko came back to do something like that.

She heard exactly what he asked, but he caught her off guard. She didn’t really know how to use it let alone put it on somebody else. Well it was either that or do it the easy way and make an illusion to hide the marking. The latter choice was what she would have done, if she wasn’t too preoccupied with the idea that he might freak out or something.
“U-Umm.....” She couldn’t say for him to do it. “Y-Yeah... I d-do mind, actually...”
Well she said something.
“Uh, thanks…”
A hand reached out to accept what she offered him, staring down at the words written across the bottle. Well, he didn’t know whether it would really work or not on something like this– But trying was better than doing nothing at all.
“It’s fine, though. I have some make up in my first aid kit in my bag, I think… Would you mind doing it for me?” He wasn’t in front of a mirror right now, so he’d probably miss some somewhere if he did it himself.

When it comes to money in particular, Lani is no good with it. She does manage to get money, but it could be considered slightly… unorthodox. No, she doesn’t steal. She tries to be a good citizen when she cane, but many of her pokemon – Gecko mainly – do find themselves stealing for her. Gecko has a Robin Hood complex, more or less, and never steals from somebody who needs it more than he does, but he’ll rob rich snobs blindly and get away with it. He’s mainly commited to stealing medicine, but he’ll grab the money when he can. Many of the Zorua who live in the Lostlorn forest will steal for her too.
Aside from her Grovile stealing, Lani often finds money in the most curious of places in the forest. She’ll return wallets and other items, but if there is loose money around, she’ll keep it. The Zorua normally keep it safe for her.
Other means of collecting money are from the little tips she gets from lost visitors – its one of the reasons why she’s designated herself as the forest guide. It doesn’t pay well, but she only needs money for food.
She lives in the forest most of the time.
She rarely goes into cities or towns as well. She’ll stop at a food truck or some old woman’s house to get food related supplies – and she pays however she can. When it comes to medicine, she leaves it to her Celebi or other health-caring Pokemon
To Lani, money isn’t a problem but its also not really needed. She is adaptive.

She fumbles trying to pull out some cream to stop the itching but alas, she couldn’t find any kind of cover up. She didn’t think she would have needed it because of her abilities. She still held out the bottle of what she had for him.
“I d-don’t have any m-make up though...."
“Mm…”
Digits run over the mark on his skin, feeling over where she skin had been torn by the raven– From his jaw to his collarbone, red and bothering him much more than he’d like it to.
“Yeah, I don’t have any other ideas… I might as well take you up on the offer.”
