a theme specifically designed for the new roleplaying trend of contained posts and decorated text.

okie doke! so, i said that i’d release this publicly, and that’s what i’m doing now. i tried to make this theme super customizable, so there may be glitches every now and again; feel free to tell me if it does for you! the first and only theme i will probably ever release features:

     everything in his world is perfect, but sebastian had KNOWN that would be      the case the day his mother gave it to him. ally had warned him and warned      him against reaching for his sister, but he knew still he had no choice. he      would have to teach her to love him, or he would make her. they were the      stars of the morning and they belonged as the rulers of a world of ash and      pain, together.

     his original thoughts had changed quite a bit, though, thanks to allison and      he was grateful, accepting her into his family even though she had none of      his blood. he let her touch him and kiss him and love him and worship him,      and soon she became more than just a servant. he found himself spending      his nights in their bed even when the seelie queen called upon him. he did      not love her like he loved clary, but he would never wish her from his side.

     here in his throne room, he was incandescent, and all powerful. he felt      love and power and he could never be happier than he was right now. his      sister begged for him and he held her and held her, waiting for the feel of      her lips on his, but instead they traveled up his jaw to his ear, sending jolts      through his skin as hers grazed it, and then they were at his ear.

                                 ❝ HAIL MASTER. ❞

     the words broke his face into a smile, a real, genuine smile that might have      radiated love or goodness if it had not been taken from him in an instant.      feeling clary ripped from his grasp sent sebastian into a blind rage and he      YELLED, a terrible sound that sent men running. his vision went white and      when it returned to him, he could only wish it had not.

     his fiery lover had taken his sweet sister into her arms and plunged metal      through her spine. he stepped forward with complete intent to rip ally’s head      from her shoulders until the sound of metal on stone resonated through the      hall. sparks flew from the sword sebastian could only guess was infused with      heavenly fire as it scorched the ground upon which he stood. she had      meant to kill him.

     his eyes lifted from his sister’s lifeless body to the dark eyes of his lover,      ignoring the screams and sobs of his sister’s friends and family. he would      have to deal with them later, now there was only ally. stepped over his      sister’s motionless legs, his hand moved to grab her shirt, soaked with      clary’s blood. his hand came away red and for a moment he just stared at      it. then he placed it on allison’s cheek.

                                                         ❝ you SAVED me, my queen. ❞

     and pulling her forward, he pressed his lips to hers and though they were       not clarissa’s they were warm and soft and beautiful. and the screams of his      enemies fell upon deaf ears for all he could see was her. his hands ran      down her blood-soaked body to pull her close to him, feeling the warmth of      his sister’s life stain his clothes and caring not. caring only for allison.

so it ends, so it begins.

ONLY reason she SAW the flash of the knife, was because she DIDN’T believe the petite redhead. and he did, as much as he was capable to. but HER? no. SHE didn’t believe his sister. she knew better, best. Even with her by his side, Clarissa would still try and kill him. Would hill him. 

     allison felt a twinge at the sight of vulnerability      in his eyes as s h e asked him to put his arms      around her. keeping near, she waited, until–      she saw it. light dancing against the blade, the      HEAVENLY FIRE igniting. she knew that soon      it would plunge trough the rib cage of her beautiful      boy, and she couldn’t have it happen. she came      here, against all rules of Shadowhunters, to save      his life. her hands moved before a coherent thought      was formed, and her arm went around Clary’s neck      yanking her back, a KNIFE plunging into soft flesh      of redheads back. it went in as if she was made of      butter and clouds, her warmth splashing against      other’s hands and shirt.

there was a scream. Jace. of course she recognized that. then all the other noises came trough, sound of metal clanging against the stone steps as Heosphoros fell  trough Clary’s numb fingers. next came the THUD that her body caused once it collided with the floor, and finally – finally the humming sound and light from the sword, the very thing that would have killed Sebastian, if she didn’t stop her. but, she did. he was safe. even if it might cost her her  life. “i PROMISED i would keep you safe. do what you will.”

                 her composure was one of a Queen, strong and steady,                  even if fright was seeping trough– making her hands                  shiver and voice crack.

           HIS TEETH are bared in a fashion that reminds Alec of an ANIMAL – Clenched, tight, feral, and stretched over his pale skin to a point where the corners of his mouth begin to sting. Yes, YES, he was afraid, and he doesn’t know if the other is TAUNTING him or the idea of fear is actually a confusing concept. Because FEAR, as rare as it is for Nephilim of their – his persuasion – is human, and Sebastian isn’t HUMAN. He keeps his stance FIRM and TAUT like ELASTIC, albeit, not yet aggressive.

        The fib slips out of his mouth with the viscose of HONEY, thick against his tongue, and Alec is surprised that he didn’t CHOKE on his own words because they were so feigned and WRONG. Alec was AFRAID to speak again, as the lie hung in the air like a glass too close to the edge of a table. One wrong move, and his elastic facade would snap.
