To my Persona Rp followers

MAJOR PERSONA 4 SPOILERS IN THIS POST. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I’m not on this blog often, rather my Kirigaya “Kirito” Kazuto sideblog dualphoton . But I wanted actual Persona RPers to see this first. I’m thinking about adding a Persona 3/4 verse for him because I’m working on my new game + for both 3/4 and I would like to get some feedback on my backstory for this AU verse. I only have 4 done but I will eventually do 3

For those who don’t know who Kirito is. I’ll do an explanation under the cut but I’ll do the verse ideas first.

Persona 4

Before his Persona

Kazuto does an exchange program with Yasogami High, and attends the school for the same year that Yu does. He is a second year in class 2-1. Not much is known about him except he tends to keep to him self and he comes from the Sword Art Online Survivor school. A lot isn’t known about who he was in the game and not many people talk to him outside of class. However, he quickly becomes known for his unique style of Kendo. He uses two Shinai instead of one and the stances he uses have never been seen before. He doesn’t tell anyone about where his form comes from. But anyone who played Sword Art Online would recognize that it was the same fighting style that Kirito, the Beater and Black Swordsman used.

When not practicing his Kendo he would be either practicing his Taekwondo by the flood plains or in the library studying about computers and English. He lives in a single bedroom apartment near the high school that is paid by the transfer program.

Persona route 1 (I’m slightly leaning more towards this one since it really doesn’t change cannon.)

The first night he tries the Midnight channel he hears a voice coming from the TV and enters it. He runs into his shadow and comes to terms with it. He somehow manages to get back to the real world without the Investigation Team’s help. He goes in during the night and trains to get stronger and try to find out the secret of the ‘TV world’. He doesn’t know of other Persona users and he doesn’t think any others if there are others knows of him. This will take place before Chie gets her’s and after Youske/Yu get theirs

Persona route 2 

After winning a large Kendo tournament, Kazuto becomes very well known in Inaba after an interview. Following the trend of the previous kidnappings after his interview he gets kidnapped. He gets reported missing after a few days not attending school. This all would happen after Naoto’s event and before Nanako. I was going to drabble the actual Shadow scene later. But it follows the normal pattern as all the others.

Who is Kirigaya Kazuo?

Kazuto isn't known for much until the game called Sword Art Online is launched. Running on a helmet like device, called a NerveGear the user an do a FullDive in which the player goes fully into the game.

The first game that implements the FullDive technology is Sword Art Online. The game only had 10,000 copies released to the public and all were gone within moments.

Once the game was launched Kazuto logged into the game under the username Kazuto

But all 10,000 players soon learn that they cannot log out and if they die they die in the real world. The only way to return is to clear all 100 floors of Aincrad. The floating castle in the sky that they are currently trapped in. Kirito goes along as a Solo Player, someone who doesn't have a guild or a party and survives in this new world.

Eventually the game is beat but not without many casualties and heartbreaking moments. After rehabilitation since they were in a comatose state for a long period of time. The students are enrolled in a 'SAO Survivor School' to help them overcome the PTSD from the Death Game' and help them make up for the time lost while they were in the Death Game.

 More things happen, but they aren't as significant as this first chunk. If you don't mind spoilers I would recommend checking his Wiki out for more details. I just did a brief and as spoiler-free as I could here.

Akatsuki looked at the other surprisingly. She never thought that she would see the other world again. She thought that she was dreaming but then she saw the other, a robot? She had her dagger on her back, sheathed. But she didn't draw it immediately, the other didn't seem dangerous but she was on edge.

"Your welcome?"

"Hey ANA, everyone else."

Danny smiled as he waved with his gloves on. It’s clear that a decent amount of time has passed because it was clear that a few of his teeth grew longer and sharper since he last saw them. He embraced ANA in her hug and chuckled.

"Sorry I’ve been gone. Clockwork has been keeping me busy. But I knew that I had to come see you. So I hope you like your Christmas present."

He told her as he explained the reason why he had a red bow on his head. He really did miss seeing ANA but with a few timelines getting very messed up lately he’s been working long and hard.

"I think Clockwork can fix the last few timelines without me. So I’m sure I can stay for awhile."

Danny knocks on the door with his Dragon parts invisible and intangible. There was a red bow on his head. "Merry Christmas."

ANA had been feeling down. She watched the others all have their Christmas with one another. Aelita and Yumi pulled Jeremie and Ulrich under the mistletoe and a kiss. Odd gave Kiwi a massive bone that was bigger then him and smiled at the others. ANA was closer to the door an answered it. 

Her eyes went wide at first at seeing him. It had been far too long that he was here. Oh so long since she could hold him again. ANA felt her frown turn into a wide grin as she jumped and hugged him. “DANNY-KUN!” She called out to the others who looked up at them.
