Uhhhhh so who tf forgot to tell me about ZUCCHINI??
i looove pasta so much. but it's soooo high cal 😭 and i always end up feeling disgusting and gross afterward lol. so i recently started switching pasta out for zucchini and omfg it's a life saver!!!!!!
a cup of cooked pasta is 220cal, while...
a cup of zucchini noodles is only 19cal!!!

i added some marinara, canned tomatoes and italian parsley and this whole ass paper plate w/ the parmesan was only 129cal guys!!!!
it completely satisfied my pasta craving and i also don't feel bloated and guilty lol!!!
i just thought i'd share for any of those anas who have missed eating pasta also 💕

When you want to be thin and pretty but also want to stay off your parents worry radar :/
Mum, I promise, I'm not going to die, I'm going to look drop dead gorgeous.
So please don't comment when I "eat less than normal" and then try and feed me more. I'm full, despite my stomach being near enough empty, I am full on the thoughts of being skinny enough to be picked up in someone's arms and not have them have to put me down less than 1 minute later...

The health app I have is great for reminding me how much of a pig I am.
It literally counts all the calories if you tell it what you ate and you can put the amount you weigh in and what you want to be, how much you want to lose and it will estimate it. You can track your exercise with a timer on each type of exercise. The only downside is, it says the highest difficulty is 1kg per week... Like, No. I want to feel lighter sooner, 5-10 may be better for me.

💘 September Rules 💘
💗 Fast as much as possible
✨ 300cal limit every day
💗 2L+ of water every day
✨ NO CHEAT DAYS.
💗 If you have to eat a meal (family event, visiting friends, etc.) make it the ONLY meal
✨ Walk to and from school whenever possible
💗 Weigh twice a week (Monday & Wednesday)
✨ Always plan meals the day before
💗 Keep room clean
✨ Stay up to date on assignments. If you can go days without food, you can survive 30 minutes doing math.
💗 Less than 80% is never acceptable. WORK HARDER. (Note: These rules are for myself only! I post them simply to hold myself accountable 💘)
