🍊 SAFE FOODS 🍊
Here's a list of some of the foods and snacks that I choose in order to minimize my hunger, that are low in calories or have absolutely none.

> Grapes!
100g of grapes has around 68 kcals, making it a great snack for when you really just want to eat something sweet.
> Clementines!
I'm not a fan of oranges, but clementines/tangerines are <3 They're small, juicy and extremely sweet for those of you who like fruit and have a sweet tooth! They are low in calories too.

> Sugar Free Jello!
I usually make a batch of this and split it between 8 or 9 small cups that last me 4 to 5 days. They're great! A sweet treat with barely any calories at all. There are also 100% vegan alternatives to these made with agar agar!

> Flavored Waters!
When I'm getting sick of water or green tea and start getting cravings for fruit juice or sodas, I usually buy these. They're free of calories, and perfect to spice things up a bit when you're getting bored!

> Popcorn!
This one is not for everyone, since people usually prefer having popcorn with toppings and whatnot (which adds on calories), but for those who enjoy it, plain or salty popcorn is a fantastic snack! You can have a bunch of it and be guilt-free since they are relatively low cal.
> Turkey Patties!
Turkey patties are great meals! I usually have them with ketchup and iceberg lettuce. They are only around 180kcals per patty (112g) and are rich in protein that will keep you feeling full for a long period of time.

> Sugar Free Gum/Mentos!
Whenever I've reached my set limit and feel tempted to go over it, I go for sugar-free peppermint gum/mentos. These are great for reducing your appetite.

> Tomato Soup!
I personally love tomato soup... you can eat loads of it without piling on tons of calories, it's nutritious and tasty... what else is there to say?
> Hummus & Carrot!
This is one of those snacks that I usually only have once in a while (since you've gotta be quite careful around hummus, it's 160kcal per 100g). When I do have it, I usually cut up some carrots and that's a meal. It's pretty good!
