does anyone else feel the need to restrict when people comment on their bodies in any way at all? even if it's positive but somebody says something even when it has nothing to do about my weight my first thought is starving myself. especially when it's my mother. "your boobs are sagging" is one that she told me when I was 14, and "you have such a nice butt" is something she said around my entire family during a birthday party. those two things were the ones that stuck with me the most despite her talking about my weight in a negative light for my whole life and I have no idea why

❥brush your teeth if you feel hungry- nothing tastes good with a minty mouth.
❥write down your reasons to keep going. this one works well bc its motivating and distracting! if you already have a list like this, read other people's lists, maybe you can add more yours!
