Went on a walk around town today so I could burn some calories and be alone for a while. Stayed out for ~1hr 15mins.
Breakfast: nothing, 0 kcal
Lunch: protein bar & plain croissant, 337 kcal
Dinner: cold borscht, 2 boiled potatoes, 243 kcal
Snacks: raspberries, cucumber slices, beetroot & chickpea salad, brown bread, teaspoon of honey, 311 kcal
Total kcal intake for today: 566
All in all, I didn’t do too badly! I’m trying not to binge rn as to not ruin this, so hopefully I can actually keep it up ;-; I’ve been chugging cold water like there’s no tomorrow so I should be fine in a bit.
My mother made me eat the protein bar which I found pretty annoying, but I guess I did kind of need more protein anyway and it wasn’t too many calories, and it actually tasted pretty good. I think I’ll have them more often, just to keep my protein intake up.
My friends invited me to go out tomorrow; still haven’t decided if I will or not :/
They usually get a pizza at the end of the day, which I’m absolutely fucking dreading because that shit is disgusting. We tend to walk around a bunch and it’s pretty fun, so I might go. I have to get started on a history cba (a cba is like a big, end-of-the-year project) and I’m already behind because I needed to change topics and have no idea what I’m gonna do it on :’) I also have to work on like,, 3(?) other cbas but the other classes don’t have as much work and are wayyy more lenient when it comes to grading.
