"You'll get up as soon as I offer to make your food and you know it." She teased him a bit. But right now? She was very content being cuddled up with him like this. She buried her face into his chest and just sighed a bit. This, this was what she loved. The affection he willingly gave her.

Attraction: Emily does see Raven as a handsome man. A bit rough around the edges but she likes that. Likes it better than the clean-cut Knights but the only other people she's been attracted to were an old friend and Duke. Good luck Raven.

Affection: Emily can be affectionate towards friends. So like when she gets introduced to Rita and Karol? She treats them like younger siblings for example. Since Raven and Emily do get along she will show the same affection she shows to Yuri, Flynn, and Estelle.

Interest: Okay she is highly interested in the shady old man. Mainly because why does Yuri always refer to Raven as such when she talks to him about his adventures? Even Duke mentions the group in passing, hinting Raven isn't who he seems to be. So now that she knows him, expect to shoot down questions occasionally because she sees him as a familiar face. (I say expect to b/c let's face it, muses are allowed to be uncomfy too)

Loyalty: She will show the same loyalty to him as she does to anyone else. It means she can keep secrets if needed.

Trust: However, while she'll be a loyal friend, her trust is something that will slowly (or quickly) be gained. Because Yuri kept referring to Raven as the 'Shady old man', she figured there was a legitimate reason.

She took a deep breath, happy that he was in agreement with her.

"So, when we sot him down and tell him he can't skip out on work, we let him know that we will help him with making his reports...readable." They really did leave a lot to be desired. However he can get better! They can help him! He just needed to quit the puppydog eyes.

Some of it was she was jealous since everyone became immune to her doe eyes. Zack on the other hand, kept getting away with it to the point where Genesis avouds him after they return from missions.

"Anyway, we will sit him down before his next mission and lay down the law so to speak. And when he gets back, we remind him he cannot get out of doing his work." She took a deep breath.

"I hope this works."

She was going to say that at least she put her foot down. But that would be a lie. A big lie. How did he do it?! Those eyes. Those forsaken eyes. She looked at the General. Right, he and Angeal spoiled him the most. Genesis avoided Zack some days so he didn't get suckered.

"Well, what do we do about it? You have your reports to do, which by taking on his means some of yours get pushed onto me..." which she hated to a degree. She hated it so badly.

"I'd say we should sit him down and explain he needs to do his own work instead of...puppy eyeing us everytime he wants to get out early. He'll learn bad habits if it continues."

She pouted a bit. "Heyyy, i like lemon." Though she wont argue on the tofua part. Jade tried to get her to just tolerate it but so far miso soup was the closet the coloniel came to getting her to eat the stuff.

"But no, it's a curry recipe that can be made with different meats. However considering the markets today, Grand Cokmah has become the fish capital. So i grabbed some tuna, salmon, shrimp. And been gracious to buy a flank of salmon for the local strays. Otherwise i will be followed." Last she checked, they were still munching away on it.

"So i'm not sure how it'll turn out...i don't normally cook with fish." Which is why she was hoping Guy could help. He seemed very knowledgeable on cooking all sorts of meats.

"What do you say? Care to help out a fellow noble?" At this point she didn't think of themselves as nobles. Just two people living in their world. Especially her.

The young noble just shook her head. She would accuse Jade of being behind this but she legitimately had zero evidence, and the smartass would say something to make her blush. Ugh, why was Jade insufferable?!

"Alright, I just worry okay?" Guy was her first close friend in a long time. So of course she worried about him. She mainly worried because some of those in their court didn't like Peony's 'favoritism'.

And to be fair, he admitted to liking Guy over many other nobles. It wasn't like it was hard to prefer a humble swordsman over literally every other stuffy noble. It's why Emily was normally seen in the markets, she got to get a good idea of what was happening.

"Well, I was coming over initially to invite you to lunch. I just got some ingredients for a dish I wanted to try. I was hoping you could help me with it since you probably did a lot of cooking on the road."

She took her time cleaning up, thankful it wasn't much because they got take-out. She sighed a bit reminding herself that she was doing what she could to help her friend.

After five minutes she knocked on the bathroom door. "Gen? Just checking in. I'm going to get ready for bed and pull out a few pieces for you." Not that she thought his brain and skin would let him wear anything right now.

Still, walking into his bedroom she went to her drawer and pulled out her nightgown and got changed. She then went into his drawer for some shorts, shirts. Picking two of each to let him decide or not decide. She would try to help but overall? His mental health was priority and he would decide what is right for him.

"I have an idea. Doesn't matter what order or if you decide to not do something. But how about this." She cleaned up the table a bit.

"I'll take care of dishes and leftovers. You get into the shower, don't even have to clean up. Just sit under the water. I will check on you after 5 minutes and if you are okay then I'll leave you to it. After the shooter you can get into comfy clothes to which i will bring a couple things so that you can choose. Don't like'em? Just leave them and I'll take care of them. After that we can just lay in bed and do whatever." She stroked his hair a bit before kissing his cheek.

"But again, it's up to you. I'm here for you. So if you need me just tell me." She would do whatever he wanted. After all, she wasn't burned out, super stressed or exhausted like he was. She took the played into the kitchen and began to clean up.

She shook her head. "N-no...just hold me?" Maybe some affection from him she would be okay. Hopefully.

Man were her hormones horrible this week. She never cried when he took her food just demanded more. Jemand would then say todd was rubbing off on her. But she just blurted out and began to cry.

"Y-you will?" She looked at him with tears streaking her cheeks, eyes red and puffy. "You just... you always take my food when you know it's my favorite and i only ask for it during this time of the month." She just hated it. She didn't mean to guilt him either.

"Just don't do it again please?" Because seriously she might deck him next time
