Im going on a trip to America soon, what sweets (“candy”) should I bring back to the UK for my sisters to try?

Classical music fans may complain that they can never google a song when it gets stuck in their head

BUT

They have absolutely nothing on blues fans. What is this guitar solo? Is it from a studio song? Is it made up on the spot at a live event never to be played again? Am I combining two different songs? Who’s version of the song is it? Have I listened to too many songs and am completely making it up? WHO KNOWS?!?!

And it’s not like we can google “that one blues song with a really good guitar solo”

Shoot forgot to add nutritional yeast!! I add it to like everything for added protein on weeks I'm slipping in that department

Hmmm also bananas, sunflower seeds, sweet potato very versatile and carrots, veggie broths and canned vegetables. Chickpeas are excellent! Spices and sauces are huge for me to add flavor. Hoping your vegan journey is going well friend. Sending love 🧡

Vegan grocery list really depends on what you like or will eat I start with meals I know I like Example I buy frozen bags of stir fry veggies and a vegan terryaki sauce or marinade. I get stuff for soups and meals I can make vegan. Buy plenty of nuts and fruit you like. Peanut butter, bread, rice beans!! Hmm hummus and carrots and peppers and stuff. Macadamia milk has b12 and a bunch of nutrients vegans can become deficient in and is smooth and delicious. A good vegan dark choc never hurts.
