This House Is Haunted
Earthling. Wouldn't be if I had it my way. Crazy music addict. Rocker by birth, classical musician by training. Lover of pretty much everything in between. Cosplayer for fun. Make up addict. Book addict. I started when I was five with The Hobbit and never stopped. I've been to Eru, and to Dune, and to Hogwarts, and to Krynn more times than I care to count. I solved cases with Sherlock Holmes and Watson, with Lincoln Rhyme and Amelia Sachs, with Miss Marple and Poirot, with Temperance Brennan and Kay Scarpetta, and with all the good ones. I've traveled 10000 Legues Under The Sea, and I've seen the picture of Dorian Gray. And all the good stuff. I even fought zombies with Leon Kennedy, and the Redfields, and Jill Valentine... Yeah, I even read the Resident Evil books, that' how in love with Resident Evil I am. Which brings me to the next step. I'm a Nerd since childhood, when it definitively wasn't cool. I spend way too many hours playing and replaying Mass Effect. I'm a Whovian Trekkie who loves everything Star Wars. My first tv memory is Luke Skywalker and C3PO landing on Dagobaa looking for Master Yoda. The first tv show I followed was Star Trek classic series. I watch way too many tv shows, and not nearly enough. I am travel addict with not enough money to keep up the habit. Italian by birth, British by heart, Finnish by adoption. I'm less friendly than you could think. More than you could guess. I am a dreamy-head. I think too much. I don't reason enough. And I really have a gift for rambling on, and on, and on, and on...
And before I forget. I did the Time Warp again.

I would like to remind all you Drive To Survive fans that Ferrari is BY FAR the team with most world championship wins. If you combine both Builders and Drivers they pretty much double up the closest team, which is Williams. And unlike Williams Ferrari never fell on hard times money wise.
Every F1 with a history worth noting has had high and lows. Ferrari itself was a gamble for Schumacher, no championships for decades, and yet look at what Schumacher achieved with the team.
But go ahead acting like Hamilton left Merc for Haas after hitting his head falling from a chair blacked out drunk in a dingy pub.

Say whatever you like about the yu yu hakusho live action, but in those 5 episodes I saw a labor of love from a team of people who probably grew up watching and reading yu yu hakusho.
It is so plain to me that the folks who worked on it loved the original story, and they did a fucking great job. I saw it in all the little details, and in the way they threaded together the different plots to achieve the same themes and emotional beats.
Yu yu hakusho is a story so close to my heart, and it got me through so much. Watching the live action felt like a love letter from one fan to another.
If you'll excuse me I have to go watch it 300 more times. Kisses 💋
