Lit, I'd sell my kidney to know how exactly this whole child agents thing is taken care of by law. Like, does it fall under general child labour laws, or does it have a special category because it's such a vital job? Do agents have specific work hours? work time?how many hours a week can they work? can they work weekends? do they work during holidays? do they get bonuses? do they get sick pay? what is their insurances like? do they even have insurance? do they have access to like, special healthcare? therapy? are they required to go to school, at least to some extent? (like child actors are required to have a teacher on set) because I don't think they are??? what do they do after they are forced to retire? I have so many questionsssss-

I cannot believe agents aren't unionised. Do they get hazard pay? What's their overtime like? I'm picturing the government's response to the Chelsea outbreak being much like the "clap for carers" farce in the UK during covid. What the hell would happen if they went on strike?

Anyway I'm convinced Fittes and Rotwell are huge union busters
