Next goal weight: 240 lbs/109 kg
So I totally went over today 😩. It really sucks because my mom's birthday is tomorrow so there will be cake and a big dinner. I was hoping to restrict a lot today but as you can see I went over. It's such a high limit too. Whatever. I'll try not to beat myself up over it.
