Hmm I have a hot take abt the monsterverse especially when it comes to designs

Im not a big fan of Mothra’s design in the monsterverse movies. I was watching the bts video of KotM and got to the Mothra part. In the video they focused on making her look feminine and it made me go “hmm :/“. And while I do like her wings in that movie they are pretty impressive, they based themselves off other insects over moths. Like why does she look more like a butterfly than a moth 😭? Idk I prefer more of the roundness and softness of previous Mothra designs over monsterverse

Hey everyone! So, here is an update on the comic: In the first part of chapter 2, less than 10 pages remain for sketching (previous one was for thumbnailing and rough sketching)! These last remaining pages are the more difficult ones as they probably contain an angle or detailed background I still have to figure out.

but I also came here to mention that this chapter will no longer have two parts; it will only have one part, which is the one I'm currently working on. That means the second part of chapter 2 will become chapter 3. I realized that it was probably for the best of me, especially for the story since Part 2, which is now Chapter 3, is a little more longer than Chapter 2. whats great abt this is that I have the script done! and I can just head straight to thumbnail sketches once chapter 2 is complete!

thats all I have to say for now! once I'm done sketching I will upload them on my Kofi for anyone who is a Star Tip member!
