We're all gearing up for back-to-school time, I wanted to send a quick reminder that it's also time to start planning the 4th quarter for your business!!! (Yes, I know, it's crazy, but it is *already* almost September!)⁣ ⁣ As you start to plan, here are a few tips!!!⁣ ⁣ ⁣ 4 crucial steps in your planning process to set up for an amazing and profitable end to 2019:⁣ ⁣ Pull out your calendar and mark ALL the nights you want to hold parties between October and December. Find and schedule the vendor events you want to participate in, and be sure to mark off any special events that you're planning as well (open houses, group host parties, etc).⁣ ⁣ Pull all of your 4th quarter catalogs, literature, special flyers, and sales collateral. Get familiar with every product launch, sales promotion, host offer, and customer reward... Use this to develop your own marketing plan!⁣ ⁣ Set your monthly and quarterly sales goals, and work backwards on how to get there. What % of your sales will come from live parties, online parties, website sales, events, etc?⁣ ⁣ Dust off your contact list.⁣ ⁣ Contact past hosts to discuss upcoming specials and offer another party.⁣ ⁣ Contact all leads who have ever shown interest in hosting and discuss why the 4th quarter is the best time!⁣ ⁣ Contact all past guests to offer a party.⁣ ⁣ Create an email drip so that your contacts get at least 1 email per week (but up to 3, depending on your preference) with different offers and options.⁣ ⁣ Ask for referrals!⁣ ⁣ As you go through the process, keep the problem that your product solves in the forefront of your mind, and on the tip of your tongue!
