oh yeah. my sibling would hate being this high up. me on the other hand? i live for adrenaline. unless it has to do with spiders or snakes or roaches or.. bugs in general.

Dave felt a shiver crawl up his spine, as well as a small 'brr' leave him. "Not a fan of spiders myself.. I mean, don't get me wrong, they're beautiful, but not.. Not for me. I love snakes and worms. Johnny's been more bug friendly."

Dave gave a hum as they snapped the picture, sending it off to Rupert with a smile. "It's a beautiful place. I like admiring the wilderness. Not much of it in the city, and the desert wilderness is gorgeous as well." They hummed, smiling

i'm glad it is. :) mind explaining to me what your view is?

"Of course! Right now, there's a big rock behind me, bushes and trees all around. The cliff is good bit up in the air, and a lake is down at the bottom. It's a little cloudy, but I imagine it's from the debris of algae and leaves and fishes. It's very pretty down there, a pretty big lake. I've walked around the whole outside of it before, you're able to. There's not a lot of woods, it's pretty clear. Mostly used for training with some of the guys, I think. I'll have to ask dad about that later." Dave gave a hum, shifting closer to the edge. "It's always beautiful looking out here. I hope that description was good, I wish that- Oh, hold on! Let me try something!"

Dave then took out his phone, flipping on the camera..

"Hehe! It DID work! I wasn't expecting that!"

i'd say i'm pretty 'socially demanding' as well, but i only want attention from family at certain points. i'm more of a cat myself. i only want conversation and cuddles if it's badly enough to enter your room and whine about it lmao

Burt could only give a chuckle at that, shaking his head softly. "I used to be the same.. No no, I'm still the same way. 'Cat-like' sums me up pretty well." He said, looking towards his screen and clicking his tongue. "Dave should be set in his and Johnny's tent by now. Probably wondering around? They know where our place is, if they want to come around. Me and Charlie don't mind him or Johnny coming in."

He then tilted his head a bit in thought. "Just guesswork on my end. You could go ask them fir a definite answer."

do you like editing?

id get a ferret if my parents would allow it, but we have dogs and we don't exactly trust them around ferrets or other rodents. i've also heard they're social and we'd need two, is that true?

"I do like editing. It's a good part-time for me." Burt hummed, before nodding.

"Ferret's are socially demanding creatures. If you don't have the time, two is recommended. But, some of them, like Jill, prefers humans rather than other ferrets as friends. Same with guinea pigs." Burt replied with a nod.

could i be Thyme Anon? like, the herb, haha. that was where my last ask came along! i've missed asking things. i've decided since i'm now firm on my own identity after a gender crisis that my internet names are everywhere and "cave" was a nickname when i tried to force myself to fit my bio gender and be more feminine. anyway. enough about me. i hope you're okay!!!

hello!!! it's cave anon. sorry for the lack of questions, i've missed this blog and crap happens. anyway, can i change my anon name if that's alright? cave anon doesn't fit me anymore. i'm sorry. thisll only happen once because i know a name that'll fit me fully.

anyway, what's been happening in the blog that i've missed?

[Haha! It's alright, Anon! I'll go ahead and update from my side of things for the characters:

Henry has gotten in touch with Gabe, and has found a replica of an airship model that may be used for the upcoming film. Nothing else has really been debated past that with questions or amongst characters.

Burt and Charles have showed off a little ferret named Jill, and Burt got a new computer chair because the last one shattered on him.

Johnny and Dave are currently with their father at the military capl for the summer, which is how access was gained to Burt and Charles.

Sven is currently safe in Terrence's home and has a place to stay for the summer [I think this is where your last ask came around?]

And.. I think that everything! As for why this blog started running off was for a few reasons:

1, lack of asks and motivation for this blog, so it went on a small, spontaneous hiatus.

2, what asks that were received, I either wasn't able to access them, or the notification didn't send through.

3, Tumblr decided to block access from me and my own sideblogs, with a whole round of pornbots and shadowbans happening. So, you know, Tumblr just deciding to implode on itself. (Thank you to @the-starry-inkwell for helping us get back this blog)

And 4, personal life was turning to Hell.

But! It's all cleared up and good! Ask for the Anon name change: That's completely okay! This'll be the last post with the tag 'cave anon' for the sake of knowing that it's a name change. Just tell me the new one, and a new tag will be added! I hope this post clears everything up!]
