He'll sacrifice every piece he has to protect his throne. Whatever. Me?" Kevin gestures again, meaning to indicate himself but too drunk to get his hand higher than his waist. "I'm going to be the deadliest piece on the board." "Queen," Andrew says somewhere behind Neil. Neil hadn't heard him get out of bed, but of course the bang of the door would have woken him. A sober Andrew is as light a sleeper as Neil was, maybe moreso because Andrew was used to unfriendly people sneaking into his room. Neil looks back at him, but Andrew is studying Kevin.

kevin day is literally the sun the plot of aftg and tsc rotates around. without him nothing would have ever happen... without his care and willingness to give people what he thinks they deserve nothing would be set in motion. he really is the princess of the people! a cunt of a princess but a princess nonetheless...all hail the queen of the court. not exactly beloved by all but for sure admired and lusted after by everyone!

Why did they make Arthur more clueless each season 😭

season five Arthur had to have Merlin tell him everything when season one Arthur could have figured somethings out on his own.

like that moment in Arthur’s bane pt2 where Merlin realizes that it was to quiet and something happened to the saxons. For some reason the writers decided he would do his whole you're being unreasonable thing instead of having him believe merlin or even notice himself??

Did they just complete forget when they did that same exact thing in season three but it was Arthur who noticed it was too quiet and they didn’t believe him?
