Hey can I ask, why do so many fanarts depict Sorey as dark skinned lately? Is this based on an official art I haven't seen yet, and if so, can you link me? It's been a while since I played the game but I remember Sorey having the same tone as Meebo, but I could be wrong knowing my dumb memory.

In the official art and on the in-game character models, Sorey’s skin tone is usually a few shades darker than Mikleo’s - honestly, Mikleo’s so pale he’s borderline albino (imho) but hey, it plays into that whole glowy ethereal beauty aesthetic he’s got going, and Sorey adores if the novel is anything to go by.

As for fanart … I’m honestly open to other people’s interpretations - if a fanartist wants to change the character to fit a headcanon, especially to reinterpret a hero in a positive way, more power to them.  And if I like the artwork (for whatever reason), yeah, I’m going to reblog it so other people can see it too - that’s kinda what the reblog button is for.
