ty!! ahh i don't have a lot of experience with different programs bc i've used Clip Studio Paint for so many years, but i'd recommend it for the wide range of brushes/tools you can get from other artists thru their Assets app. there's a lot to play with plus it's much cheaper than Adobe programs hshsh

otherwise Procreate is rly user-friendly and affordable (tho it's only available on ipad i think?), and Krita + Firealpaca are awesome free options for PC
